Description

【0001】

A housing provided with an air blowing means and provided with an air outlet, and an operating portion of the blowing means movable along the outer periphery of the housing and provided with a stretched portion of a stock solution film of soap bubbles at a lower portion, It is characterized by having a storage part of the undiluted solution of the soap bubble provided in the lower part of the outside of the above-mentioned case.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a soap bubble making machine, FIG. 2 is an enlarged front sectional view of the soap bubble making machine, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged side sectional view of the soap bubble making machine.
[0007]
The soap bubble producing device of the present embodiment includes a cylindrical tank 1 and a soap bubble forming portion 2 formed at the upper end thereof.
[0008]
The tank 1 is a flexible container made of a flexible material such as a thin plastic in which a stock solution of soap bubbles is stored. Normally, the child holds and holds it in his hand, and if he squeezes strongly, the tank 1 is deformed and pressure is applied to the undiluted liquid of the soap bubble inside, and the liquid is carried upward by the built-in pipe 11 to the storage portion 24 from the discharge port 29 Is released.
A cap of a later-described soap bubble forming section 2 is detachably screwed into the opening 1a at the upper end of the tank 1.
[0009]
The soap bubble forming unit 2 includes a housing 20 that houses the blowing unit and an operating unit 40 of the blowing unit. The housing 20 has a disk shape in which a blower including a gear group 30 and a fan 36 is housed, and includes two side plates 21 and 21 and an outer peripheral plate 22 connecting the side plates 21 and 21. An air intake 21a is formed in the side plate 21 on the side of the fan 36. Reference numeral 21b is a support plate.
[0010]
The outer peripheral plate 22 is provided with an outlet 25 through which air from the inside of the housing 20 is blown out, and further provided with an outlet 29 for undiluted liquid of soap bubbles having an open end of the pipe 11. A storage case 23 is formed outside the discharge port 29 to form a storage portion 24 for soap bubbles.
[0011]
A gear group 30 disposed as a blower in the housing 20 includes a gear 31a pivotally supported by a rotating shaft 51, a gear 32a meshed with the gear 31a, and meshes with the gear 33a by rotating with the gear 32a. Gear 32b and a gear 33b which rotates in the same manner as the gear 33a and meshes with the gear 31b. The gear 31b is fixed to the shaft 52 of the fan 36.
Further, a ratchet mechanism (not shown) is provided in the gear group 30, and the gear 31a and the gear 31b are connected only when the lever 41 of the operating portion 40 is turned in the arrow direction A, but the lever 41 is moved in the opposite direction. When it is turned, it is not connected, and the rotational force of the gear 31 is not transmitted to the gear 31b.
[0012]
The operating portion 40 includes substantially triangular support plates 42 and 42 and a curved plate 43 connecting the support plates 42 and 42. The curved plate 43 is movably arranged along the surface of the outer peripheral plate 22 of the housing 20, and has a lever 41 at the upper end, a long hole 48 at the center, and a circular hole 49 at the lower end where a stock solution of soap bubbles is stretched. Provided.
When the air blows out from the outlet 25 of the housing 20, the air enters between the outer peripheral plate 22 and the curved plate 48 and scatters, and the undiluted liquid of the soap bubble formed in the circular hole 49 is formed. Since the film may be broken, it is provided to allow the air blown out from the outlet 25 to escape.
[0013]
The operation of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
First, the tank 1 is grasped by hand, and the undiluted solution of the soap bubble is pushed out through the pipe 11 and stored in the storage unit 24. In this case, it is preferable that the storage part 24 is made of a transparent material so that the undiluted solution of the soap bubble can be seen well. Next, the lever 41 is moved to rotate the operating part 40 in the direction of arrow A in FIG. Accordingly, the gear group 30 in the housing 20 transmits the rotational force to the fan 36. That is, the force is transmitted to the gears 31a, 32a, 32b, 33a, 33b, and 31b, and the rotation is increased by the gear ratio, so that the fan 36 rotates at high speed. Due to the rotation of the fan 36, the air in the housing 20 blows out from the outlet 25 at a high speed.
When the lever 41 is returned to the side opposite to the arrow A, the gear group 30 is disengaged from the clutch as described above, the rotational force of the gear 31a is not transmitted to the other gear 31b, and the fan 36 does not rotate.
[0014]
On the other hand, with the rotation of the operating portion 40, the circular hole 49 formed at the lower end of the curved plate 43 is rotated upward with the undiluted solution of the bubble passed through the storage portion 24, and It matches the outlet 25 of the body 20.
At this time, since the air is blown out from the outlet 25, the film of the undiluted solution of the soap bubble attached to the circular hole 49 becomes a soap bubble and jumps out. By repeating this, soap bubbles are automatically and continuously generated.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, it has a simple configuration and a simple operation, but is rich in interest and can efficiently and continuously produce soap bubbles.
