Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a neck strap, and more particularly to a neck strap that automatically disengages when a certain load or more is applied.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The neck strap is a hanging string that is hung on the neck to present an identification card or the like. By using this, there is a danger of an accidental situation, for example, when a part of the neck strap is caught in the door of the elevator, the neck is suspended. In order to avoid this, there has been developed a coupling device in which the neck strap is automatically disengaged when a certain load or more is applied.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional neck strap connector has the following problems.
(1) Since the conventional neck strap connecting device is located on the neck on the back of the wearer's head, it appears as a force to bite into the neck when the above-mentioned load is applied, and it is painful even temporarily. .
(2) Since the male and female members of the conventional connection device of the neck strap are vertically symmetrical, they can be engaged even when rotated by 180 °. Therefore, if the engagement is made in the opposite direction to the original direction, the identification card or the like connected to the neck strap may be turned over.
(3) In the conventional connection device for neck straps, since the male and female members are straight and not flexible, they cannot be made to follow a curve.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel neck strap that eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A neck strap according to a first aspect of the present invention is a neck strap including a connecting member including a male member and a female member, and a neck strap including a string. The male member includes a distal end portion having a pin and a base portion connected to the string. The female member has a tip portion having a pin housing portion for housing the pin and a base portion connected to a cord.
[0006]
A neck strap according to a second aspect of the present invention is a neck strap including a connecting member formed of a first member and a second member having the same shape, and a string, wherein the first member has a first pin and a second member. A tip having a pin housing for accommodating a pin, and a base connected to the string, wherein the second member has a second pin and also has a pin housing for accommodating the first pin. And a base connected to the cord.
[0007]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The string includes a rope-like thing and a tape-like thing. Manufacturing methods also include braids, knitted braids, and woven braids. For fixing the string and the base, there are a method of closing the string after passing the string through the groove provided in the base, a method of making a hole in the fixing section and passing the string, a method of embedding the string in the resin fixing section, and the like. .
[0008]
It is preferable that the pin and the pin housing are asymmetric in the vertical direction. If the longer pin is engaged with the longer pin housing and the shorter pin is engaged with the shorter pin housing, the ID card connected to the neck strap will not be turned over. Absent.
[0009]
The neck strap of the present invention is preferably configured such that the male (first) member and the female (second) member are rotatable about a pin as a fulcrum. By doing so, when the male (first) member and the female (second) member are engaged, a natural curve is obtained without being straight.
[0010]
In the neck strap of the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting device is provided at a position where the connecting device does not contact the neck of the wearer. By doing so, even when an abnormal load is applied, it does not bite into the neck.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
<First embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a neck strap 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. An identification card or the like is connected to the attachment 7 on the lower side of the figure, and the upper side 8 of the figure is a part corresponding to the neck on the back of the wearer. In the present invention, the connector 2 is provided at a position where it does not contact the neck of the string 3. For example, it is the position of the middle part on either side.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a connecting state of the connecting tool 2 according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the engaging portion of the connecting tool 2 is a pin 43 on the male member 4 side, and an accommodating portion 53 of the pin on the female member 5 side.
[0014]
The male member 4 (the right side in FIGS. 2 and 3) includes a distal end portion 41 and a base portion 42, and is fixed at the base portion 42 with the cord (tape) 3 interposed therebetween.
[0015]
The distal end portion 41 has a pin 43, and both ends of the pin are supported by receiving portions 44. Since the lengths of the receiving portions are different, the length of the pin 43 when viewed from a plane (43a) (FIG. 4B) is longer than when viewed from the bottom (43b) (FIG. 4C). short. Most of the base 42 is a shallow groove 45 for accommodating the tape 3, and both side portions 46 stand up. At the bottom of the groove 45, six protrusions 47 that bite into the tape 3 protrude. The lid 48 has both sides 48a and slots 49 that fit into the base sides 46.
[0016]
The female member 5 (left side in FIGS. 2 and 3) also includes a distal end portion 51 and a base portion 52, and is fixed at the base portion 52 with the strap tape 3 interposed therebetween.
[0017]
The tip 51 has a pin housing 53. The length of the pin housing portion 53 when viewed from a plane (53a) (FIG. 5B) is shorter than when viewed from the bottom (53b) (FIG. 5C). Most of the base 52 is a shallow groove 54 for accommodating the tape 3, and both side parts 55 stand up. At the bottom of the groove 54, six protrusions 56 that bite into the tape 3 protrude. The lid portion 57 has both side portions 57a and slots 58 that fit into the both side portions 55 of the base.
[0018]
The pin 43 of the male member and the pin receiving portion 53 of the female member engage the longer pin 43b with the longer pin receiving portion 53b, and the shorter pin 43a engages with the shorter pin receiving portion 53a. I do. Therefore, the male and female members 4, 5 have a direction of engagement in the vertical direction.
[0019]
In this embodiment, the base 42 and the lid 48 of the male member and the base 52 and the lid 57 of the female member are separate bodies, but they may be integrated as long as they can be folded and engaged.
[0020]
Engagement and disengagement can be performed by holding the male member 4 or the female member 5 in the left and right hands, respectively, pressing the pin 43 against the pin accommodating portion 53 while taking into account the directionality of the male and female members, and engaging and releasing the pin. Cancel the match. In a sudden accident in which an abnormal load is applied, the male and female members 4, 5 are automatically disengaged by the force of the load.
[0021]
<Second embodiment>
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a neck strap according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the male and female members of the connector 2A in the first embodiment have the same shape.
[0022]
Each member 6 (6a, 6b) includes a distal end 61 (61a, 61b) and a base 62 (62a, 62b), and is fixed to the base 62 (62a, 62b) with the strap tape 3A interposed therebetween. The distal end portion 61 (61a, 61b) of each member has a pin 63 (63a, 63b) and also has a pin accommodating portion 64 (64a, 64b) for accommodating the pin 63 (63a, 63b). The base 62 (62a, 62b) is made of resin and has the tape 3A embedded therein.
[0023]
At the time of engagement, the pin 63a of the first member and the pin receiving portion 64b of the second member engage, and the pin 63b of the second member and the pin receiving portion 64a of the first member engage.
[0024]
The other components that are not specified in the second embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second embodiments of the present application, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the conventional neck strap connecting device is located on the neck on the back of the wearer's head, when the above-described load is applied, the connecting device appears as a force to bite into the neck. This problem was solved by not touching the neck.
(2) In the conventional neck strap connecting tool, the male and female members are straight, and thus cannot be made to follow a natural curve. The problem was solved.
[0026]
If the conventional neck strap connector is engaged in the opposite direction to the original direction, the identification card or the like connected to the neck strap may be turned over, but according to the first invention of the present application. For example, since the upper and lower sides are asymmetric, it is impossible to engage in the opposite direction to the original direction.
[0027]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the male and female members have the same shape, only one manufacturing die is required. Therefore, it is possible to contribute to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
