Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art In a livestock drainage purification system used in conventional pig farms, poultry farms, cattle and horse farms and other livestock barns, after excreting excreta and washing water excreted in the livestock barns, Treatments such as sewage purification and solid composting and fermentation were performed.
[0003] Generally, these barn drainage purification systems have a floor made of concrete slats with narrow gaps (slits) or metal or synthetic resin with mesh-like gaps (hereinafter referred to as "snowboards" collectively). And a urine discharge device called a scraper, and a urine discharge pipe, and a slaughterhouse drainage purification system that separates the stool and urine inside the barn and takes them out of the barn. There are many examples where they are provided and mixed with manure and taken out of the barn for processing.
[0004]
In any case, after pigs and other livestock excrete excreta, a considerable amount of time elapses until they are processed, and these are performed in an open space. Therefore, there are many pollution complaints due to the occurrence of bad odor inside and outside the barn due to corruption and the occurrence of sanitary pests such as flies, and the generation of ammonia and other gases within the barn is an obstacle to the growth of pigs, etc. It is not preferable as a working environment for the workers engaged. In addition, in the case of a manure separation type sewage purification system in a barn, repair work when the above-mentioned scraper such as a scraper breaks down is very painful, and the presence of the scraper is under the barn floor and outside the barn. Since it is connected to the excrement outlet, it is difficult to maintain the hermetic seal of the barn. Therefore, it is difficult to adjust the temperature and humidity in the barn. Furthermore, the land area required for the septic tank outside the barn is not limited, and it is extremely difficult to keep the water temperature in the outdoor septic tank appropriate in a cold region, and it is difficult to maintain the function of the septic tank.
[0005] The generation of malignant gas inside and outside the barn, the generation of sanitary pests such as flies, and livestock such as pigs derived from this, environmental degradation for humans, and pollution problems include excreta excrement purification, compost fermentation, etc. This is a phenomenon that occurs due to staying inside and outside the barn until the treatment.
[0006] There is a strong demand to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can easily and quickly treat excreted urine and washing water. Moreover, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a livestock drainage purification system that can use the soil used for filtering these as a composting treatment material or a garbage processing material.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems That is, the slaughterhouse drainage purification system of the present invention uses the discharged water from a general household septic tank as the sewage for slaughterhouses, filters the wastewater using soil, and has already been filtered. When mixing and mixing livestock manure, bran, rice bran, sawdust, etc., and aging for a predetermined time to obtain compost processing material or garbage processing material, It is characterized by blending a fine powder of a licorice plant into effluent water, slaughterhouse water, and / or soil.
The slaughterhouse drainage purification system of the present invention is characterized in that the effluent water filtered using the soil is used again as sewage water.
The livestock drainage purification system according to the present invention is characterized in that when the wastewater used as the water for the livestock is filtered using the soil, the wastewater is filtered using a substantially equal amount of soil. It is what.
Since the present invention is configured as described above, excreted manure and washing water can be treated easily and quickly, and the soil used for filtering these can be used as a compost treatment material or garbage. It has become possible to provide a livestock drainage purification system that can be used as a processing material for household use.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a livestock drainage purification system of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the overall structure of a barn drainage purification system of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing a process of filtering discharged water discharged from a septic tank using soil, and FIG. 3 is used as sewage water for a barn It is explanatory drawing which shows the process of filtering waste_water | drain in a greenhouse using soil.
In the explanatory view showing the overall construction of the barn effluent purification system of the present invention, the pig house 11 in the pig farm will experimentally raise six pigs, and a drinking water piping system for drinking water and manure Sewage treatment facilities for treatment are installed. And it may be made to be able to introduce the discharged water discharged from the general household septic tank into the above-mentioned plumbing system for water supply instead of the water pipe. The sewage treatment facility or the like can include not only a cleaning piping system for cleaning and discharging normal excrement, but also a solid-liquid separation facility, a filtration facility, and the like.
For example, effluent discharged from a large

[0017] The finely ground catfish plant, Typha angustifolia, is a perennial extractive plant widely distributed in watersides throughout Japan. In Kasumigaura, there are other species such as Higama, Kogama and Gama, but the number of Higama is overwhelming. It grows most on the offshore side among large-sized water extraction plants. Around July-August, a spike is attached to the tip of the stem, but the upper part is divided into two stages, a male flower spike and a lower flower spike. Dry and pulverize fully grown leaves and stems.
For example, when the effluent from the general household septic tank, the water for the livestock barn, and / or the soil is mixed with the fine powder of the plant family, the drainage equipment of the barn such as the general household septic tank or the pig barn, or the soil is used. It means to provide a mechanism for pouring fine powders of leguminous plants at appropriate places such as filtration equipment. Moreover, the person using a general household septic tank may be provided with the habit of using a cereal plant fine powder, using it as a cleaning agent, or a bathing agent.
The above-mentioned filtered soil is mixed with knead from livestock, bran, rice bran, sawdust, etc., kneaded, further aged for a predetermined time, and preferably fermented to produce a compost treatment material or garbage. A treatment material can be obtained. Also, depending on the type of material mixed with the discharged water, feed that can be mixed with livestock feed (rice bran + bran), processing material for garbage (land + rice bran + sawdust), composting agent (land + livestock manure) Etc. + rice cake + sawdust), laying material for livestock barn (use soil + livestock excrement + rice cake + sawdust), industrial waste treatment material (use soil + industrial waste + rice cake + sawdust), etc. . The above-mentioned rice husk, sawdust, etc. also function as a moisture adjusting material. The fermentation may be performed aerobically or anaerobically. In particular, it has been recognized that the addition of a fine powder of the family leguminous plant during the fermentation has the effect of suppressing the rot odor associated with the fermentation and dramatically increasing the speed of the fermentation.
The compost treatment material or the garbage treatment material has a role of assisting the fermentation of the compost or assisting the fermentation treatment of the garbage, and is generally called a blurred fertilizer. This blur fertilizer is a fertilizer obtained by fermenting organic substances (rice bran, oil cake, fish meal, etc.) using fermentation materials (Quran, EM fungi, etc.).
On the other hand, the effluent water filtered using the soil can be reused as the water for the barn again. That is, it has been found that there is no problem even if it is used as drinking water for domestic animals as well as washing water for washing and discharging manure and the like in a barn.
FIG. 2 shows a process of filtering the discharged water discharged from the septic tank in a glass greenhouse. In FIG. 2, 21 is a single septic tank for general households, and the discharged water is once collected in the water level adjusting tank 22, and the overflowed discharged water is discharged from the sewer in a timely manner. On the other hand, the reused effluent is supplied to each glass greenhouse 24 arranged in the field via a plurality of water storage tanks 23 made of, for example, an agricultural 1t tank.
The effluent water filtered in each glass greenhouse 24 is sent again to the water level adjusting tank 22 through a plurality of drainage tanks 25 composed of agricultural 1t tanks or the like, or is sent to a barn or glass greenhouse 24. And reused. In other words, this discharge water is used in a circulating discharge water reuse system.
FIG. 3 shows a process of filtering wastewater used as livestock water in a greenhouse using soil. In FIG. 3,
