Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building with a storey having a storey between an upper floor and a lower floor.
[0002]
[Background technology]
As an example of a building having a storage floor between an upper floor (for example, the second floor) and a lower floor (for example, the first floor), a building described in JP-A-6-323008 is known.
In a building having such a storey, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a storey floor 2 composed of a plurality of sub-floor panels is provided below a second floor 1 composed of a plurality of floor panels. This forms a store floor. The storage floor has a height of, for example, about 1.2 meters, and the storage of the storage floor is designed to enter and exit from a landing of stairs for going back and forth between the first floor and the second floor.
[0003]
In the building as described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, a first-floor wall 4 composed of a wall panel having a height (about 4.2 meters) up to the upper end of a storage floor is provided on a first-floor floor 3. The second floor 1 composed of a plurality of floor panels is fixed on the first floor wall 4. Below the second floor 1, a storage floor 2 is fixed to the side of the first floor wall 4.
The storage floor 2 is fixed by fixing the receiving material 5 at a height of about 2.6 meters from the lower end of the first-floor wall 4 and installing and fixing the storage floor 2 to the receiving material 5. Has been done.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in a building with a storey floor as described above, the second floor 1 is fixed to the upper end surface of the first floor wall 4, and the second floor 6 composed of a plurality of wall panels is placed on the second floor 1. When the position of the second floor 1 is to be changed, the height of the first floor wall 4 and the height of the second floor wall 6 need to be changed.
Further, since the second floor 1 constitutes a horizontal surface, the position of the second floor is changed by changing the height of the first floor wall 4 and the second floor wall 6 and changing the horizontal floor surface. It is necessary to review the structural design.
Therefore, in the conventional building with a storage floor, it is not easy to change the position of the second floor.
[0005]
In recent years, a wall is formed as a large-sized connection panel by connecting a plurality of wall panels, and an exterior material is attached to the wall in a factory or the like in advance, and is transported to the site to be assembled, thereby saving on-site construction. Things have also been done. However, in a building with a storey floor as described above, the height of the first-floor wall (wall panel) 4 is higher than the height of the second-floor wall (wall panel) 6, so that these different-sized walls are used for trucks. When loading, a gap is created in the truck bed and the transportation efficiency is lowered. In addition, if the exterior material is attached to the large first-floor wall in a factory or the like in advance, the weight becomes very large, Since there is a problem that it becomes very difficult, in a conventional building with a storey floor, outfitting such as attaching an exterior material or the like to a wall (wall panel) in advance has not been performed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a building with a storage floor that can easily change the vertical position of the floor on the upper floor and can be equipped with exterior materials and the like on the wall.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 includes, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a storage floor having a storage room K as a storage room between an upper floor and a lower floor. In a building with a storage floor,
A storage floor 23 constituting a horizontal structure is fixed to the upper end surface of the lower floor wall 21,
On this storey floor 23, an upper floor wall 24 constituting the upper floor and the storey floor wall is fixed,
An upper floor 28 is fixed to a side surface of the upper floor wall 24.
[0008]
Here, the lower floor wall and the upper floor wall may be formed by a panel method, that is, by a plurality of wall panels, or may be formed by a two-by-four method or a conventional framing method.
Further, the storage floor and the upper floor may be formed by a panel method, that is, a plurality of floor panels, or may be formed by a two-by-four method or a conventional framed method.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the invention, the storage floor 23 fixed to the upper end surface of the lower floor wall 21 forms a horizontal construction surface, and the side surface of the upper floor wall 24 fixed to the storage floor 23. When the vertical position of the upper floor 28 is changed, the height of the lower floor wall 21 and the upper floor wall 24 is not changed and the structure of the horizontal structure is changed. It is only necessary to change the fixed position of the upper floor 28 with respect to the side of the upper floor wall 24 without reviewing the design.
Therefore, the vertical position of the upper floor 28 can be easily changed.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is the building with a storey according to claim 1,
The lower floor wall 21 and the upper floor wall 24 are substantially equal in vertical length.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the lower floor wall 21 and the upper floor wall 24 have substantially the same vertical length, the lower floor wall 21 and the upper floor wall 24 can be efficiently loaded on the truck bed. And thus the transportation efficiency is improved.
Also, unlike the conventional case, even if the exterior material is previously attached to the lower floor wall 21 and the upper floor wall 24 in a factory or the like, the weight does not become large and the handling at the site is relatively easy. Outfitting to the upper floor 21 and the upper floor wall 24 can be easily performed.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 3 is a building with a storey according to claim 1 or 2,
A receiving member 35 is fixed to a side surface of the upper floor wall 24,
The upper floor 28 is fixed to the receiving member 35.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the upper floor 28 is fixed to the receiving member 35 fixed to the side surface of the upper floor wall 24, so that the upper floor 28 is easily and reliably attached to the side surface of the upper floor wall 24. Can be fixed to
[0014]
The invention according to claim 4 is the building with a storey according to claim 3,
A plurality of fixing members (for example, buried trees) 34 for fixing the receiving member 35 are provided vertically at predetermined intervals inside the upper floor wall 24.
[0015]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since a plurality of fixing members 34 for fixing the receiving material 35 are provided vertically at predetermined intervals inside the upper floor wall 24, a desired fixing member 34 is selected. Thus, the receiving member 35 can be fixed to a desired position on the upper floor wall 24, and therefore, the height position of the upper floor 28 can be easily changed.
In particular, it is effective to change the position of the upper floor 28 at the time of reform or the like, or to change the height of the warehouse.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 5 is the building with a storey according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
An opening 28a is formed in the upper floor 28 so as to penetrate the upper floor 28 vertically.
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily move the storey K between the upper floor and the storey floor and to put stored goods in and out of the storehouse K through the opening 28a formed in the upper floor 28.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a main part of a building with a storey according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a building with a storey.
As shown in these figures, the building with a storage floor has a storage floor between the first floor (lower floor) and the second floor (upper floor). The storage floor is a floor provided with storage K, which is a storage room, and has a height of about 1.4 meters.
[0019]
The first floor has the following configuration.
That is, the first floor 20 is formed by installing a plurality of floor panels on the foundation 15. On this floor panel 20, a first floor wall (lower floor wall) 21 is erected. The first floor wall 21 is formed by connecting a plurality of wall panels.
