When L-pyrrolidone carboxylate (hereinafter, also referred to as CAE) is blended, the antiseptic power at the time of production can be sufficiently secured,
A cosmetic impregnated sheet with excellent safety and manufacturability is obtained,
Moreover, they have found that they have little irritation even when used for a long time, and completed the present invention.

It has become. However, in the present invention in which CAE is mixed in place of the conventional preservative, although it exhibits the antiseptic effect by being molecularly dispersed in the preparation in the same manner as the conventional antiseptic, the sheet is impregnated with a non-woven fabric or the like. Adsorbed to the sheet composed of the above, the effect on the skin disappears and the irritation unlike conventional preservatives is not felt.

きる。The liquid composition is a stock solution of a preparation containing CAE and is a liquid composition such as a lotion for impregnating a sheet. It may be a CAE-containing aqueous solution in which CAE is simply dissolved in water in order to rehydrate the skin or remove hot flashes, or a cosmetic ingredient or drug used as a stock solution of a conventional impregnation sheet for cosmetics. It may be a formulated lotion, emulsion, or other external skin preparation. For example, CA
Liquid compositions containing E include humectants such as glycerin, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, buffers such as citric acid, sodium citrate, phosphoric acid and sodium phosphate, chelating agents such as EDTA, alcohols, emollients. An agent, a thickener, a surfactant, a pigment, a fragrance, etc. are preferably blended to form a stock solution for impregnation into a sheet cosmetic. The liquid composition may also be a liquid-type skin cleanser for keeping the skin clean and clean. The liquid composition used in the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a formulation stock solution used in conventional sheet cosmetics. That is, the liquid composition is not particularly limited as long as it can impregnate the sheet. CA for liquid compositions
It is an essential requirement that E is contained at the time of manufacturing the sheet cosmetic. Since CAE is contained in the drug substance stock solution, it is not necessary to substantially add a conventional preservative or alcohol.
Of course, it is also possible to mix them. It is also a great advantage that CAE can be used together with conventional antiseptics such as paraben, phenoxyethanol, and ethanol in a small blending amount so as not to cause irritation. Liquid composition is CA in water
It may be produced by mixing E and other compounding ingredients, and can be produced by a conventional method in the same manner as the conventional stock solution for impregnated cosmetic sheets.

A sheet of cotton material (100% cotton, basis weight 40 g / m 2 ) is folded in four and 10 sheets are stacked (total sheet weight 16 g), and 56 g of moisturizing lotion is dropped into the center of the sheet to impregnate it into an aluminum pouch. A sheet-shaped cosmetic was manufactured by enclosing it. The immersion unevenness at the time of impregnating the sheets was visually confirmed whether all of the above 10 sheets were impregnated with the moisturizing lotion. The immersion unevenness during the impregnation is the number of samples in which the impregnated state is insufficient among the 100 sheets manufactured as described above. In addition, the sheet-shaped cosmetics were actually tested by 20 panelists.

That is, as compared with the case where the conventional preservative is used, a sheet-like cosmetic which is free from sticking can be obtained, and a sheet-like cosmetic that is safe for users with sensitive skin can be provided. Also, when a conventional preservative is used together, it is possible to reduce the blending amount so as not to cause sticking and to use it together. Further, it is possible to obtain a sheet-shaped cosmetic composition with less impregnation unevenness and high production efficiency.
