の対応も把握できる。通常は録画は常に行われてはコン
ピューター(7)のプログラムにより消去されている。
よって、録画開始信号のときよりも以前の録画も行われ
ているので信号が入ってところから必要に応じて時間が
遡り録画開始信号とするので事件の発生前まで時間を遡
らせることができる。それにより事故時点での信号機の
状態、車(4)、人(5)などの侵入経路等事故に至る
までの経過も把握できるようになる。それ以前の録画部
分に関しては録画開始設定時間前のものは自動消去して
常にメモリーを確保していく。また、この場合における
コンピューター(7)と繋がっている外部メモリーは外
置き式の不揮発性記憶装置を使い、さらに取り外しが容
易なものとすることにより警察等への提出も従来のビデ
オテープと同様の融通性を保ちながら。さらに、インタ
ーネット等を利用し警察、保険会社、必要機関等へオン
タイムに自動送信できるために事故発生を警察側が能動
的、受動的にかかわらず正確な時間とともに映像を見る
ことができることにより、当て逃げ、ひき逃げ等によっ
ても早期の事故解決につながる可能性が高い。また、問
題解決に関しても関係機関において限られた数名の人間
