Description of the Related Art Press-through pack packaging (hereinafter referred to as PTP packaging) is a transparent plastic sheet (or plastic film) of a thermoplastic resin, which is formed into a concave shape or a large size by hot air pressure molding or hot vacuum molding. A small deep-drawing container is made, and food, medicines, ampoules, etc. are filled in the container, and the recessed part is hermetically packaged with a lid material such as aluminum foil or a thin rigid plastic sheet. It is often used for packaging medicines, troches and capsules.

Conventionally, a polyvinyl chloride sheet having good transparency and good moldability has been mainly used as a base material sheet for PTP molding, but in recent years, unstretched polypropylene sheet, polyethylene terephthalate sheet, etc. have been used due to disposal and the like. There is.

Therefore, polyvinyl chloride sheet is coated with polyvinylidene chloride. However, there is a problem that the packaging material cost becomes high.

Also, when the moisture-proof property, gas barrier property, light-shielding property, etc. of the contents are particularly required, the PTP package is packaged with a predetermined number of automatic packaging machines in a three-way or four-way seal with a packaging material having a high gas barrier property and a light-shielding property. ing.

Generally used is a lid material in which a single-sided or double-sided printing is applied to an aluminum foil of 20 to 40 μm which is excellent in opening property and is excellent in unsealing property, and a sealing material such as a heat seal lacquer is applied. In addition, because the lid material emphasizes the protection of the contents and because it is designed so that it cannot be easily broken by children, it is a difficult task for a weak elderly person to push the contents strongly. ing.

The fact is that the drug efficacy, etc. is unknown at all, not to mention the manufacturer and drug name.

However, the drug dispensed or prescribed at the pharmacy based on the prescription prescribed by the doctor,
Often, there are multiple drugs, and when these drugs are enclosed in the same medicine bag and given to the patient, the drug should be shown to the patient, and which drug should be taken and how it should be taken should be explained. I am giving it to a patient. However, the patient needs to remember the type of drug, the dose, etc., but at a later date, the type of drug cannot be discriminated. There is.

The TP package has a strong rupture portion so that it is difficult for a child to accidentally ingest it, which is a difficult task for the elderly. Further, since a plurality of prescribed medicines are enclosed in the same medicine bag, it is difficult to identify the medicines, and it is difficult to understand how to take the medicine and the effects.

Also, in order to prevent accidental ingestion, the molded base material sheet is colored, and the shape and color of the drug are changed, but there are too many drugs and the number of similar products is increasing, so confusion occurs when taking them. ing. The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to improve the protection of the contents of a PTP package without applying a half-cut line and the like, and The function of preventing accidental ingestion and the function of protecting the lid material are added, and the prevention of accidental ingestion during administration,
An object of the present invention is to provide a PTP package with an instruction manual, which is convenient and safe so that even elderly people can easily take out the contents with their fingertips.
