Description of the Related Art Cushioning materials used for seats of seats, vehicles, ships, aircrafts, etc. are used as cushioning materials for fiber webs in which fibers called batting are deposited, and fiber webs called resin cotton in which fibers are bonded. , A fiber aggregate such as needle punching felt in which fibers are deposited and needle punched, a resin foam such as rubber foam or urethane foam, and a composite laminated body in which a fiber aggregate material and a foamed resin body are laminated are used. . Among these, the resin foam is easily burned, and it is difficult to make it flame-retardant, and harmful gas generated during combustion becomes a problem. In addition, although fiber aggregates such as needle punching felt have a tendency to become flame-retardant, they have a larger apparent specific gravity than resin foams, lack compression elastic recovery force, and are easily set and become a "rice cracker futon". easy. Further, the composite laminate is problematic in that it is difficult to separate it into fibers and foamed resin at the time of disposal and it is difficult to recycle and reuse. Therefore, the applicant of the present application has developed a panel type cushion body in which an elastic cloth made of an elastic yarn having an elastic recovery force after expansion of 99% or more at an elongation rate of 200% is stretched around a frame. This panel type cushion body is less likely to be plastically deformed (settled), is light and easy to carry, has no problem of flame retardancy, and can be easily separated into an elastic fabric and a frame at the time of disposal for easy recycling and reuse. , Has many advantages over conventional cushioning materials.

れた。In this panel type cushion body, when a weakly stretched elastic cloth is put on a weight, the elastic cloth stretches and largely dents, and the posture becomes unstable, causing tiredness and causing a strong tension. From the stretched elastic fabric, the reaction force concentrates on the thighs, causing pain, etc., and the evaluation of its cushioning characteristics varies depending on the person, such as how to apply weight, body posture, weight, etc. It seemed difficult to apply it to chairs, chairs, and vehicle seats with stable quality.

る。As the elastic yarn, a polyetherester elastomer elastic yarn, a spandex yarn or the like which has an elongation at break of 60% or more and an elastic recovery rate after elongation of 90% of 90% or more is used. A preferred elastic yarn is a core-sheath composite filament elastic yarn having a low melting point polyether ester elastomer as a sheath component and a high melting point polyether ester elastomer as a core component and having both heat fusion properties and heat shrinkability. The elastic cloth 11 is woven or knitted by a loom or a knitting machine. When using a loom, elastic threads are used as weft threads. However, it is also possible to weave an elastic cloth that is stretchable in the longitudinal and transverse directions by using elastic threads as both warp threads and weft threads, or by using non-elastic threads as warp threads and elastic threads as weft threads.
It is also possible to make a hollow weave in which elastic yarns (wefts) are joined in the form of an endless belt (endless). When using a knitting machine, non-elastic yarn is used as the ground yarn, elastic yarn is used as the insertion yarn, and the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn are fed from different yarn feeders, and the non-elastic yarn (ground yarn)
The knitted fabric is knitted with the knitted loop, and the elastic yarn (inserted yarn) is inserted (narrowed) between the knit loop and sinker loop formed by the non-elastic yarn (ground yarn). It is advisable to knit the elastic fabric 11 by forming elastic yarns (insertion yarns) that are straight in an endless belt shape continuously in the course direction without forming. As the knitting machine, a flat knitting machine (two-row needle bed flat knitting machine, circular knitting machine) is used. The non-elastic yarn has a breaking elongation of less than 60%, an elongation of less than 30% and an elastic recovery rate of less than 90% after stretching, such as nylon, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, aramid fiber, and glass fiber.
Normal synthetic filament yarn is used. A preferred non-elastic yarn is a polyester filament yarn, which is similar in fiber material to a polyetherester elastomer elastic yarn.

When the void layer 14 having a constant thickness according to the depth ε of the depression formed in the first elastic cloth 11 is provided, the planar material 12 includes, in addition to the non-elastic cloth 12H and a flexible sheet such as soft plastic, A hard material such as a hard plastic plate, a metal plate, or wood can be used. However, in such a hard surface material 12, the undulations 16 corresponding to the body shape of the body part which is in use are opposed to the first elastic fabric 11 of the surface material 12 depending on the use of the panel type cushion body. The opening 17 is formed on the surface or penetrates toward the first elastic cloth 11. If the undulations 16 and the openings 17 are attached according to the body shape in this way, the first elastic cloth 11 is easily deformed according to the body shape, and the reaction force acts evenly on the entire body part hitting the first elastic cloth 11. Then, the first elastic cloth 11 fits the body and is comfortable to sit on, and a panel type cushion body suitable for a chair or a seat can be obtained. Since the hard surface material 12 suppresses the depth of the depression of the first elastic cloth 11 caused by the action of the body weight to a certain limit, the void layer 14 of the first elastic cloth 11 and the surface material 12 is Thickness is 1-5
It should be cm. An elastic cloth, a net or other non-elastic cloth may be stretched over the opening 17. So opening 1
When 5 is provided, the first elastic cloth 11 is easily deformed according to the body shape, and the first elastic cloth 1 is temporarily opened at the opening 15.
Even if 1 is largely dented and deformed, the first elastic cloth 11 is not supported by the peripheral edge of the opening 17 and is not significantly deformed, and the weight acting toward the opening 17 is surrounded by the peripheral edge. Since it is dispersed throughout the elastic fabric, the reaction force from the panel-type cushion body concentrates on the angular portion of the body, and there is no problem of pain.
