The parts were heat-welded to form the left-side welded part and the right-side welded part, which protruded to the left and right of the pouch, making it horizontally long and difficult to arrange neatly at the store (actually, it was sometimes placed diagonally. ). There was a wasteful space due to misalignment even during packaging during transportation, which caused rollovers, pinholes, and bag breakage. Moreover, when the pouch was gripped and used, the edge portion of the film touched the hand and was painful. Especially in water areas (kitchen, washroom, etc.), my hands were so dry that I often cut my hands at the edges of the film. Furthermore, FIG.
As shown in (C), the fluid outlet of the bag is not in the shape of a cylinder like the outlet of the bottle, but has an elliptical shape with sharp edges at both ends, and the tip of the sharp edge has a welded portion on the left side like a fin. Since it projects to the outside, it is difficult to pour out the liquid, and the poured liquid changes the direction by hitting the fin and does not enter the target container, or the fin moves away from the fluid spout and the target container, so the liquid is easy It was difficult to put it in the intended container.

The part was laterally long like a fin, and it was horizontal, and when the pouch was placed without a waist, it was very unstable and sometimes fell. As a countermeasure, there are cases where a standing pouch is put in a hard case to solve the above problems, but the hard case incurs material costs, manufacturing costs, disposal costs, etc. The problem of is not solved.

A particularly preferable shape is the cross-sectional shape of the mushroom consisting of the handle portion and the cap portion described in the fourth invention, and the maximum width of the mushroom handle portion of the protrusion is smaller than the maximum width of the mushroom cap portion of the hole. The feature is that the height of the mushroom portion of the part is smaller than the height of the mushroom of the hole. In this case, the mushroom-shaped protrusion can be easily inserted into the mushroom-shaped hole, and the once inserted mushroom-shaped protrusion cannot be easily pulled out from the mushroom-shaped hole by pulling as it is. Since the mushroom-shaped protrusion can be moved by a length corresponding to the height of the mushroom shade, when filling the pouch with fluid, even if there are many users with different filling amounts, the pouch specifications (spec ) Is not necessary, and therefore mass production is possible, resulting in cost reduction.

A self-closing outflow passage is a bent fluid passage. The outlet of the outflow passage can be opened by scissors along the guide line, and when the bag is grasped and the fluid in the bag is pressed, the fluid will flow out of the outflow passage. When the fluid flows out and the gripping force on the bag is weakened, the fluid stops flowing out, and when the fluid remaining in the outflow passage is squeezed out, the fluid remains in the bag at any position as long as it does not press the fluid in the bag. The liquid passage has a function of not flowing out from the outflow passage. Therefore, after the fluid of the contents has flowed out of the bag, the fluid of the contents does not flow out even if the bag is laid down or the bag is hung with the outlet of the outflow passage facing downward. As in the case, after use, it is convenient to save time and effort to close the cap each time. The shape of the self-closing outflow passage is, for example, S,
C, V, L, N, M, W, Ku, He, Te, N, Shi, Tsu,
It has a shape such as a parabola, a shape of 2, 3, 7, or a modification thereof, and is not linear but has a bent portion in the middle of the outlet of the outflow passage that causes resistance to the flow of liquid. It is necessary. To create a great resistance,
The width of the outflow passage may be narrowed and the bent portion may be formed in multiple places. To generate a small resistance, the width of the outflow passage may be increased and the bent portion may be formed in one place.

ある。The width of the outflow passage differs depending on the capacity and size of the bag, but it is desirable that the width is about 2 to 20 mm. In addition, since the outflow passage is formed between two plastic films, it is usually designed so that the films are in close contact with each other when the fluid does not pass through. It is also possible to inflate by a predetermined amount to the side so as to project. When it is projected, it has the effect of reducing the resistance to the flow of liquid, but if the amount of projection is too large, the fluid of the contents is allowed to flow out of the bag, and then the bag is laid down or the outlet of the outflow passage is closed. If the bag is hung down, the contents will flow out from the outlet of the outflow passage even if the contents in the bag are not pressed.

The filling port is not welded at the time of shipping, but after the liquid is filled by the user of the pouch, it is heat-sealed to form a welding portion. Although the packaging bag of the present invention having stable pouring properties shows the case where the fluid filling port is heat welded, the pouch in which the fluid filling port is heat welding is also included in the scope of the present invention. Pouches that are not heat welded are, of course, included.
That is, a pouch in which the fluid filling port is not heat-welded is also sold as a product, and a pouch in which the fluid is filled in the pouch and the fluid filling port is heat-sealed is also sold as a product. Are included in the scope of rights.

Method for manufacturing packaging bag The packaging bag of the present invention is a self-supporting fluid packaging bag obtained by polymerizing two rectangular plastic films, and welding the welded portions of the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side to the self-supporting structure section. As long as the left side welded part and the right side welded part are bent and fixed on the same surface side of the packaging bag body part, the manufacturing method is not limited to a special method, but a roll-shaped material film can be used continuously. Processes can be adopted, bags with complicated shapes and special shapes can be easily done, thick films can be processed, the left and right welds can be easily bent, the manufacturing cost is low, and the bag is finished Because it is clean and has good dimensional stability,
It is desirable to adopt the following manufacturing method of the present invention.

た。The pouches obtained as a result of the evaluation were filled with coffee. The lower part of the pouch self-supporting structure has an elliptical shape as shown in FIG. 4 (B), which is narrower in width and longer in depth than the conventional product, so that the self-supporting property is stable when it is displayed in a store. In addition, the display effect is improved, transportation efficiency is improved in transportation, there is no overturning, pinholes, bag breakage, etc., and there is no protrusion of the welded parts on both ends of the pouch, so it is very easy to handle (easy to hold and hand at the edge. (Without turning off). Furthermore, since the left and right welds were bent and heat-welded to the surface of the body of the pouch, the thickness of this place was doubled, so the pouch became stiffer and did not fall.
I could hold the pouch with a solid feel like a bottle without losing its shape when I held it by hand. Moreover, when the spout was cut at the left corner of the welded part on the upper side of the pouch and the spout was opened, as shown in Fig. 3, the spout was much more circular than the spout of the conventional product. Since there is no longer any overhang, the spout can be brought close to the container to be poured, making it easy to pour and refilling is easy.

Furthermore, the combination of the mushroom-shaped protrusion and the mushroom-shaped hole looks like a decorative button on clothes, and is highly decorative. In addition, since a double coating layer is added to the entire one side of the pouch body, the pouch has a very strong waist and the performance of the pouch is further improved. The lower part of the pouch free-standing structure is shown in FIG. 4 (B).
As shown in Fig. 3, the shape is elliptical, and the width is narrower and the depth is longer compared to the conventional product, so when displaying it in the store, the independence is stable, the display effect is improved, and it is transported in transit. The efficiency was improved, there was no rollover, pinholes, bag breakage, etc., and there was no protrusion of the welded parts on both ends of the pouch, so it was very easy to handle (it was easy to hold and did not cut hands with the edge).

A pouch with excellent performance, which exhibits the effects of Example 1 and Example 2 together, was obtained. In Example 3, since Velcro (registered trademark) is used as the fixing means, the manufacturing process is simplified and the cost can be reduced, and even when the pouch is filled and used, the content of the pouch varies. There is an advantage that it can be easily dealt with by peeling off the fastener and changing the facing position. The hook-and-loop fastener can withstand high loads by changing the shape of the hooks and loops, and since it only requires a small area, it has the effect of contributing to further cost reduction.
