Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a game board used for a ball game machine such as a pachinko machine, a coin game machine and a smart game machine. 2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 5, a game board 1 of the above-mentioned ball game machine has a thin decorative board S made of a synthetic resin such as melamine adhered to the surface of a plywood B. . And, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide rail 2
There is a game area X which is substantially circularly surrounded by
In addition, a nail 3 and a windmill 4 for obstacles that change the movement of the ball, a winning device 5 for receiving the ball, an out hole 6 for receiving the out ball, a lamp 7 for decoration, and the like are provided. As shown in FIG. 5, the guide rail 2 is provided on the game board 1 with a stop pin 8 in the form of a split pin.
It is attached with. That is, a plurality of stop holes 9 for stop pins 8 are formed in a lower portion of the guide rail 2 (on the side in contact with the game board 1), while a pilot hole is formed in the game board 1 corresponding to the position of the stop pin. Then, the head of the stop pin 8 is engaged with the stop hole 9 of the guide rail 2, and the end of the stop pin 8 is driven into the game board 1 through the lower hole. [0004] In the manufacturing process of the game board, the pilot hole for the stop pin 8 is usually drilled using a drill or a drill. However, since the decorative board S made of synthetic resin is attached to the surface of the game board 1 as described above, the tip of the cone slides and the core of the prepared hole shifts, or the tip of the cone is bent. Problem had arisen. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a game board in which a stop pin for mounting a guide rail can be accurately and smoothly driven. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gage master on which transfer pins are implanted corresponding to a nailing position or the like. A transfer pin for a stop pin is implanted corresponding to the position, the gauge master is pressed against the surface of the game board to simultaneously form a punch hole for a nail and a punch hole for a stop pin, and a punch hole for the stop pin is formed. There is provided a method of manufacturing a game board, wherein the stop pin is driven into the game board by utilizing the same. The punch holes for nails include both a case where a hole for nails and a hole for screws such as a winning device are mixed, and a case where only holes for nails are used. Since the punch hole for the stop pin is formed on the surface of the game board, the tip of the stop pin does not enter the punch hole for the stop pin and slides sideways. And the bending of the locking pin can be prevented. In addition, since the punch holes for the stop pins are formed by using the step of forming the punch holes for the nails, there is no need to increase the number of manufacturing steps. Can be smoothly performed without failure, thereby improving the productivity of the game board. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view of a game board showing a state in which punch holes are formed, FIGS. 2 to 4 are enlarged cross-sectional views of main parts showing a manufacturing process of the game board, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the game board showing a completed state. FIG. 6 is a front view of the game board showing a completed state. As described above, the game board 1 is formed by attaching a thin decorative board S made of a synthetic resin such as melamine to the surface of a plywood B. As shown in FIG. 6, on the surface of the game board 1, there is a game area X that is surrounded by a guide rail 2 in a substantially circular shape. There are provided a nail 3, a windmill 4, a prize winning device 5 for receiving a ball, an out hole 6 for receiving an out ball, a decorative lamp 7, and the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the guide rail 2 is provided with a stop pin 8 in the form of a split pin to form the game board 1.
Attached to. Next, a method of manufacturing the game board 1 will be described. The production of the game board 1 starts with a step of attaching a decorative board S to a veneer board B processed into a predetermined shape. Next, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the gauge master 11 is pressed against the surface of the game board 1 to form a punch hole at a predetermined position. Normally, the master gauge master 11 is formed by implanting a large number of transfer pins 13, 13,... At a nailing position on a metal plate 12, or at a screwing position of the winning device 5 or the decorative lamp 7, or the like. In addition to the transfer pins 13, 13,..., The gauge master 11 of the present invention has a stop pin transfer pin 1 corresponding to the position of the stop pin 8 for mounting the guide rail 2.
4 are planted together. Therefore, when the gauge master 11 is pressed against the surface of the game board 1, as shown in FIG.
The punch holes 15 for nails and the punch holes 16 for stopper pins are formed at the same time. Next, a game board 1 using a router machine.
After the prize hole 17 and the out hole 6 are formed, the nail 3 is driven into the nail punch hole 15 by an automatic nailing machine. At this time, since the nail hole punch hole 15 is formed in the game board 1, the nail 3 can be driven smoothly and accurately, and the decorative board S caused by nailing can be prevented from cracking. Next, after the windmill 4 and the winning device 5 are arranged at predetermined positions, the head of the stop pin 8 is engaged with the stop hole 9 of the guide rail 2 and the stop pin 8 is driven into the game board 1. At this time, since the tip of the stop pin 8 is securely guided into the punch hole 16 for the stop pin, the stop pin 8 can be smoothly driven without being affected by side slip or the like. Finally, when the winning device 5 and the decorative lamp 7 are screwed, the game board 1 as shown in FIG. 6 is completed. Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiment, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the order of each step described in the embodiment is
It can be replaced as appropriate. Also, the gauge master 11
It is not necessary to constitute with one plate 12, and it may be divided and formed into a portion corresponding to the game area and a portion corresponding to the stop pin. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a circular concave portion 12a is formed in the plate 12, and the transfer pin 1 is formed on a circular disk 12b fitted in the circular concave portion 12a.
3, and a transfer pin 14 for a locking pin is planted on the outer periphery of the circular recess 12a on the plate 12 side. In such a case, it is possible to cope with the gauge change only by replacing the disk 12b, so that the cost can be reduced. According to the method of manufacturing a game board of the present invention, since a punch hole for a stop pin is formed in the game board together with a punch hole for a nail, the tip of the stop pin is used for the stop pin. Since it does not enter the punch hole and does not slide sideways, it can be driven into an accurate position, and bend of the retaining pin and cracking of the decorative board are less likely to occur. Also, since the punch holes for the retaining pins are formed simultaneously using the process of forming the punch holes for the nails,
There is no need to increase the number of manufacturing steps, and furthermore, there is an effect that the productivity of the game board is greatly improved because the punching of the locking pin can be performed smoothly without failure by the punching hole for the locking pin.
