合部と支持部に圧接させて支持することにより嵌合部の
内面に密着させることができ、隣接する縦葺屋根材同士
の接続部分の防水性能を向上させることができるもので
ある。また、シール材は狭い空間に挿入しないで取り付
けることができ、シール材の取り付けを容易に行うこと
ができて作業性を向上させることができるものである。
また、シール材は嵌合部の内側に収納することができ、
嵌合部の外側にはみ出ないようにして外観を損なわない
