することで優れた使用感を得る技術が知られているが

公報)、ここで指定する特性値では歯磨成分が口腔内に
いち早く広がり隅々まで行き渡るのに十分なものではな

し、このように練歯磨組成物の塑性粘度を小さくするこ
とで歯磨組成物が狭い隙間まで進入し、唾液に十分分散
する以前においても歯磨成分を有効に作用させられるこ

わると急激に練の固さが減少する極めて特徴的な練特性
を、塑性粘度を規定することで持たせ、練歯磨組成物が
隙間の隅々まで容易に入り込み易くすると共に、降伏応
力を規定することで練剤の崩れ易さと高分散性を確保す
ることによって本発明の目的の解決を図った。そして、
このように鋭意検討を重ねた結果、上記Cassonの
式による粘度曲線σ1/ 2=k0+k1γ1/2において、(k

成型性、隅々まで進入し易い練剤のソフト性、唾液への

[評価方法]
(1)レオロジー特性:ReoStress RS50
(HAAKE社)により、コーンプレート型センサー
(D=60mm、4°)を用い、25℃、剪断速度0〜
10sec-1にて測定し、0.3〜1.5sec-1でC
assonのプロットにより粘度曲線σ1/2=k0+k1
γ1/2にあてはめ、降伏応力(k0)2、塑性粘度(k1)
2を求めた。
(2)成型性:サンプルを口部内径6mmの容器に充填
し、歯刷子上に0.5g乗せたときの形状変化から評価
した。
5:歯刷子上での型くずれが観察されない。
4:歯刷子上での型くずれが若干観察される。
3:歯刷子上で徐々に型くずれする。
2:歯刷子上ですぐに型くずれする。
1:歯刷子上で成型性がない。
(3)練歯磨の隙間への進入し易さ:サンプルを口部内
径6mmの容器に充填し、歯刷子上に0.5g乗せ、1
0名の専門パネラーにて歯磨を行い、下記の基準で評価
し、平均点を求めた。
3:ブラッシング時の練の応力が小さく(練がソフ
ト)、狭い歯間部や歯と歯茎の狭い隙間まで歯磨成分が
十分進入する。
2:ブラッシング時の練の応力がやや大きく(練がやや
固い)、狭い歯間部や歯と歯茎の隙間にある程度は歯磨
成分が進入する。
1:ブラッシング時の練の応力が大きく(練が固く)、
狭い歯間部や歯と歯茎の隙間に歯磨成分が進入しない。
(4)分散性:試験管中にサンプル歯磨1gを採取し、
下記人工唾液3mlを加え、15回振盪させた。その後
分散液を回収、乾燥重量を測定し、下記の式に従って分
散率を求めた。
