Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a block-shaped spacer for reinforcing bars, there has been a utility model Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 1-143824. A spacer made of ceramics, which is formed by chamfering the four corners of the peripheral surface of the rectangular parallelepiped, by providing different dimensions of the required covering thickness between the bottom of the reinforcing bar mounting groove and the side surface facing it. . In this usage, the rectangular parallelepiped can be rotated 90 degrees to increase or decrease the covering thickness.

Further, when a vibrator was vibrated in the form, the reinforcing bar was easily displaced from the groove, and the retention of the reinforcing bar was unstable. Since the reference surface and the bottom surface of the spacer body are flush with each other, the bottom of the spacer body appears on the surface of the concrete product and the spacer body is shown in FIG.
There was a problem that it might fall off in the direction of the arrow.

A support groove corresponding to the cover thickness is provided on the base plate, and adjacent support grooves have different depths. Further, it is preferable that each of the facing peripheral side surfaces of the spacer body is formed as a taper surface that spreads upward, or that a plurality of convex portions having a hemispherical shape or a spherical surface are provided on the bottom portion of the spacer body. Furthermore, it is preferable to use resin concrete as the material of the spacer body.

(1) is a spacer body formed in a block shape having a quadrangular upper surface and a tapered surface whose peripheral side surface expands upward, that is, a substantially inverted truncated pyramid shape, and the material of the spacer body (1) is resin concrete or the like. It is preferable to use the high-strength concrete, but other materials such as synthetic resin may be used. Reference numeral (2) is a support groove provided on each of the opposing peripheral side surfaces of the spacer body (1) for inserting and supporting the reinforcing bar (4). Further, the support groove (2) has a deep groove (21) and a shallow groove (22).
There are two types. The depth of the shallow groove (22) is preferably such that the outer diameter of the reinforcing bar (4) can be inserted. (3) is a convex portion protruding from the four corners of the bottom surface of the spacer body (1),
The convex portion (3) may have a hemispherical shape or a spherical shape at its tip, but is not limited to the above number and shape as long as the spacer body (1) can be stably placed.

There are three support grooves (2) provided on each opposing peripheral side surface, the depths of the support grooves (2) are different, and the protrusions (3) are provided at the six corners of the bottom surface, but the others. Are the same.
The number of the convex portions (3) is not limited to six. 3 is a view showing another embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the above embodiment in that the spacer body (1) is formed in a substantially inverted octagonal truncated pyramid shape. The number of the support grooves (2) provided on each of the opposing peripheral side surfaces is four, the depths of the support grooves (2) are different, and the protrusions (3) are provided at the eight corners of the bottom surface. Everything else is the same.
The number of the convex portions (3) is not limited to eight. Further, if the number of the support grooves (2) increases, it becomes difficult to know which support groove (2) should be used.
A symbol as shown in FIG. 2 is attached to the supporting groove (2) on the peripheral side surface, or a cover thickness dimension as shown in FIG. 3 is applied to the supporting groove (2).
It is good to attach it underneath to make a mark. Further, the shape of the spacer body (1) of the present invention is not limited to the regular polygon of which the upper surface is an even number as in the above embodiment, and the reinforcing bar (4) may be a round or an odd number of polygons. What has a place where can be inserted and supported can be used.

が良いものとなる。Next, a method of using the product of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 will be described. First, the supporting groove (2) is selected and placed on the reference surface (6) of the mold so that the reinforcing bar (4) can be supported with a predetermined cover thickness. The spacer body (1) is placed in advance at the required location. At this time, for example, the vertical 2 shown in FIG.
When forming a box culvert concrete product (5) of m, 2 m in width, and 2 m in length, six spacer bodies (1) are placed at appropriate positions on the lower front surface and the rear surface or the intermediate portion. The block-shaped conventional product required 12 to be placed, and the spacer of Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-237522 required 8 to be placed. After the placement, the reinforcing bar (4) is inserted into the support groove (2) and supported. Then, when concrete is poured and cured, the concrete product (5) is completed. At this time, when the spacer body (1) shown in FIG. 7 (a) is used, the bottom surface of the spacer body (1) appears on the surface of the concrete product (5) to convey the concrete product (5), When moving or storing, the spacer body (1) may drop in the direction of the arrow in the figure, or the spacer body (1) may shift and project from the surface of the concrete product (5). Since the bottom surface of the spacer body (1) can be seen from the surface as a rectangular pattern, the appearance was not very good. Further, FIG. 7B shows a state in which the spacer body (1) of the present embodiment is used and the reinforcing bar (4) is inserted into the deep groove (21), and FIG.
Shows a state in which the spacer body (1) of the present embodiment is used and the reinforcing bars (4) are inserted into the shallow grooves (22). This Figure 7
In (b) and (c), the convex portion (3) is formed on the reference surface (6).
Can be placed by point contact with the spacer body (1),
Even if the reference surface (6) is not flat, the reinforcing bar (4) can be stably installed in the spacer body (1), and concrete flows into the bottom surface of the spacer body (1) and solidifies, so that a concrete product. The concrete product (5) can be prevented from slipping out of the surface of the concrete product (5), and most of the convex part (3) can be hidden only from the surface of the concrete product (5). Looks good.

(2) is provided, and the depth of the support groove (2) is made different depending on the opposing peripheral side surfaces,
If the upper surface of the spacer body (1) is quadrangular, it can support two different cover thicknesses, if it is a hexagon, it can support three different cover thicknesses, and if it is an octagon, it can support four different cover thicknesses. It will be possible to respond. Therefore, with one spacer, the covering thickness of a plurality of reinforcing bars (4) can be selected and used properly, and the types of spacers are drastically reduced, and their management becomes easy. Further, since the reinforcing bar (4) is inserted into the supporting groove (2) and supported, the reinforcing bar (4) is almost unlikely to come off, and the concrete strength of the finished product is improved.

By providing a plurality of convex portions (3) having a hemispherical surface or a spherical surface for making point contact with the reference surface (6) at the bottom of the, the present invention product in the field work where the reference surface (6) is not flat. By using, it is possible to stably install the reinforcing bar (4) on the spacer body (1), and concrete flows into the bottom surface of the spacer body (1) and solidifies, so that it can escape from the surface of the concrete product (5). It has become possible to manufacture a concrete product (5) that does not move or shift and is almost hidden from the surface and has a good appearance.

If resin concrete is used as the material, the strength and the weight can be reduced, and the curing period can be shortened. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the manufacturing quantity can be increased. Furthermore, since products with high dimensional accuracy can be manufactured, it can contribute to the quality improvement of concrete products (5). Further, since the spacer body (1) has high strength, the reinforcing bars (4) can be held by simply preparing about half the number of the conventional block-shaped spacers, and the reinforcing work can be simplified. .
