Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポンプヘッド(1)を備えた、粘性を有する流動可能な流動材料(3)用のポ ンプディスペンサにして、流動材料(3)の交換可能な容器(2)を、流体を漏らす ことなく交換可能に取り付けるための取付手段(14)を下端に有し、上記ポンプ ヘッド(1)は、上記材料(3)を、容器(2)からノズル端部の分配オリフィス(8) まで、ポンプの作用によって排出するための機械的手動ポンプ(4〜10)を有し ており、 上記ポンプヘッド(1)の下端には、上記取付手段(4)によって、上記流体材料 (3)の交換可能な容器(2)が交換可能に取り付けられており、 上記容器(2)は、上記ポンプヘッド(1)に対する1つ以上の所定位置において のみ、上記ポンプヘッド(1)に取り付けられることが可能であり、これによって 上記ポンプヘッド(1)に取り付けられると、上記容器(2)の位置は、上記容器( 2)が上記ポンプヘッド(1)に対して大きく回転することがないようにロックさ れることを特徴とする、ポンプディスペンサ。 2. 上記ポンプヘッド(1)の下端はスカート(14)を備えており、上記容器( 2)の上端(15)は、上記容器(2)と上記スカート(14)とが上記容器の長手軸 方向において互いに接するときには、上記スカート(14)に対して、オスメスの 形状で協働して流体を漏らすことなく滑らかにかみ合うことができるように寸法 構成された形成端部であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポンプディスペン サ。 3. 上記形成端部(15)の下方においては、上記容器(2)の壁の外面にはねじ 山が切られており、上記スカート(14)のまわりには対応してねじ山が切られた 保持カラー(17)があって、該保持カラーは、上記容器(2)と上記ポンプヘッド (1)とを一体に保持すべく、上記容器(2)のねじ山(16)に係合することを特徴 とする、請求項2記載のポンプディスペンサ。 4. 上記スカート(14)の壁の外面は、上記保持カラー(17)が上記ポンプヘ ッド(1)から外れるのを防止するための上側接合面(18)及び下側接合面(19) を備えており、上記容器(2)を上記ポンプヘッド(1)に対して保持すべく、上記 カ ラー(17)をきつくねじ止めにするときには、上記カラー(17)は上記上側接合 面及び下側接合面に対して把持されることを特徴とする、請求項3又記載のポン プディスペンサ。 5. 上記取付手段は、上記ポンプヘッド(1)及び上記容器(2)上に、それぞれ 接合部材(20,21)を備えており、該接合部材は、上記容器(2)と上記ポンプ ヘッド(1)とが所定位置において互いに接するとき以外は接合して取り付けられ るのを防止しており、取り付けられると、その接合によって回転を防止すること を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のポンプディスペンサ。 6. 上記スカート(17)は下側エッジから上向きに延在する凹部(20)を1つ 以上有しており、上記スカート(14)内にはめ込まれる上記容器(2)の形成部分 は対応して配置された凸部(21)を1つ以上有しており、該凸部は上記凹部(2 0)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項2記載のポンプディスペンサ。 7. 上記容器(2)の上端はスカートを備えており、上記ポンプヘッド(1)の下 端は、上記容器と上記スカートとが上記容器の長手軸方向において互いに接する ときには、上記スカートに対してオスメスの形状で協働して流体を漏らすことな く滑らかにかみ合うことができるように寸法構成された形成端部であることを特 徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のポンプディスペンサ。 8. 流体材料(3)の交換可能な容器(2)に取り付けられて、請求項1〜7のい ずれかに記載のディスペンサを形成することを特徴とする、ポンプヘッド。 9. ポンプヘッド(1)に取り付けられて、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のデ ィスペンサを形成することを特徴とする、交換可能な容器。 10. 上記容器(2)は練り歯磨き(3)を収容しており、該練り歯磨きは、径方 向に配置されており異なって着色された隣接する複数のセグメント(3A,3B) として上記容器(2)内に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか に記載のディスペンサ。
