Conventional flat gold and silver yarns and twisted gold and silver yarns have many exposed portions of gold and silver yarns, so they have a brilliant glitter of metallic luster and do not have a soft (calm) glitter.
Therefore, fiber products using the conventional flat gold silver yarn or twisted gold silver yarn also have brilliant glitter, and soft glitter cannot be obtained. In addition, since conventional flat gold silver yarn and twisted gold silver yarn have a firm texture as a whole, in the case of textile products using them, such as underwear, socks, and towels that directly touch the skin, touch the skin. There was a tingling sensation and the so-called feel was bad.

The spinning twisted yarn did not have any glitter since the core yarn, which is a metallic luster yarn, was completely covered with the sheath yarn composed of the short fiber group and the core yarn was not exposed at all.
More specifically, since the sheath yarn composed of the short fiber group is in a dense state, that is, the sheath yarn is in a tight state, no gap is formed in the sheath yarn. Since the core yarn was covered, the core yarn was completely covered with the sheath yarn, and as a result, the core yarn could not be exposed at all and could not have any glitter. Therefore,
The fabric using the spun twisted yarn has, of course, no luster at all. Assuming that the fabric using the spun cross-twisted yarn is to exhibit glitter, the core yarn is removed by removing the short yarn group which is a sheath yarn by opal processing or the like as described in the above publication. It must be revealed at an arbitrary portion, and in this case, only the arbitrary portion from which the short fiber group has been removed shows a brilliant glitter, and the fabric does not have a soft glitter. In addition, even if the metallic luster yarn, which is the core yarn, has antibacterial properties, it is completely covered with the sheath yarn composed of short fibers, and the metallic luster yarns are not exposed at all. It had no antimicrobial properties at all, and the fabric using it, of course, did not have any antibacterial properties.

The thickness of the glittering spinning yarn is not particularly limited and may be appropriately determined depending on the fiber product to be used, but when used for general fiber products, it is preferably 10 to 50 counts when converted to cotton count. A thickness of about 30 to 40 counts is more practical and preferable. When spinning a glittering spinning yarn, the glittering spinning yarn is often twisted as a whole to improve the strength of the glittering spinning yarn. At this time, the twist processing conditions such as the number of twists are such that the twist coefficient (a numerical value associated with the thickness of the twisted yarn and the number of twists), which generally indicates the strength of the twist, is 1.3 to 6.5. It is preferable to adjust so as to be in the range of, depending on the type of short fiber, the slit width and mixing ratio of the metallic glossy yarn described later, the thickness of the glittering spinning yarn, the type of fiber product using the glittering spinning yarn, etc. What is necessary is just to adjust suitably so that it may be in the said range.

る。In the glittering spun yarn of the present invention, the metallic glossy yarn as the core yarn is not completely covered with the short fibers as the sheath yarn, and the metallic glossy yarns are randomly and appropriately exposed from the short fibers. Shall be done. To explain this in more detail,
In the spun yarn described in JP-A-2000-54234, the short fiber group is in a dense state, that is, the short fiber group is in a tight state, and there is no gap in the short fiber group. Since the metallic luster yarn was covered with the fiber group, the luster yarn was completely covered, and as a result, the luster yarn was not exposed at all. Because the short fibers are in a sparse state, that is, the short fibers are loosely tightened, a random and appropriate gap is formed in the short fibers, and the metal fibers are covered with the short fibers in such a state. Therefore, the metallic glossy yarn is not completely covered, and as a result, the metallic glossy yarn is randomly and appropriately exposed from the gaps of the short fibers. By doing so, the glittering spun yarn of the present invention can obtain soft glittering properties, antibacterial properties, and a soft texture, and textile products using the glittering spun yarns also have a soft texture. Brightness, antibacterial properties, and good touch can be obtained. And
The glittering spinning yarn of the present invention and the fiber product using the same can obtain the above-mentioned features and effects by simultaneously controlling the thickness of the metallic glossy yarn and the mixing ratio of the metallic glossy yarn.

0.13 mm (230 cuts) is preferable, and 0.17 (180 cuts) to 0.14 mm (220 cuts) is more preferable.
It is. If the slit width of the metallic luster yarn is smaller than 0.13 mm, it is not preferable because the yarn breaks during slitting of the luster yarn or spinning of the glittering spinning yarn. If the slit width of the metallic luster yarn is wider than 0.19 mm, the core luster yarn becomes difficult to be covered with the sheath yarn as a short fiber in a well-balanced manner. During the weaving of textile products using woven fabrics, metallic luster yarns are linearly exposed in the length direction at various locations of glittering spinning yarns, and as a result, textile products using such glittering spinning yarns have a soft touch. This is not preferred because the quality of the film deteriorates and the design property deteriorates. This is because the shape of the slit yarn, which is the metallic luster yarn, is flat, so that the metallic luster yarn and the sheath yarn covering the same tend to shift. It becomes more remarkable. Therefore, the slit width is 0.19 mm
If the width is wider, the occurrence of a shift between the metallic glossy yarn and the sheath yarn becomes remarkable, and even if the mixing ratio of the metallic glossy yarn described later is controlled, the occurrence of the shift cannot be prevented.

Control is required. Here, the mixing ratio of the metallic glossy yarn means the weight percentage of the metallic glossy yarn in the glittering spinning yarn. In order to obtain the above features and effects, the mixing ratio of the metallic luster yarn is preferably in the range of 10 to 40%,
It is more preferable to set the range of 15 to 35%. When the mixing ratio of the metallic luster yarn is lower than 10%, the metallic luster yarn serving as the core yarn is more likely to be completely covered with the short fibers serving as the sheath yarn. As a result, the glittering spun yarn and textile products using the same This is not preferred because the appearance of brilliancy and antimicrobial properties is easily inhibited. If the mixing ratio of the metallic luster yarn is higher than 40%, the metallic luster yarn as the core yarn becomes difficult to be sufficiently covered with the short yarn as the sheath yarn, and as a result, the luster of the glittering spun yarn becomes brilliant. This is not preferable because the texture becomes hard and the glittering spinning itself becomes difficult in some cases. Further, textile products using glittering spinning are not preferred because glittering becomes brilliant or the skin feels worse. Therefore, the mixing ratio of the metallic luster yarn is
In order to obtain soft glitter, antibacterial properties and soft texture of glitter spinning, and to obtain soft glitter, antibacterial properties and good touch of textile products using glitter spinning, -40% is preferable, and 15-35%
% Is perfect. As described above, by simultaneously controlling the thickness of the metallic luster yarn and the mixing ratio of the metallic luster yarn, the glitter spinning yarn of the present invention and a fiber product using the same can be obtained for the first time.

For example, if the short fibers of the sheath yarn are removed by opal processing or the like in a pattern pattern from an arbitrary part of the textile product using the glittering spinning, metal is added to a part of the textile product that has soft glitter on the whole. It becomes a textile product with a glossy design and excellent decorativeness.

を有していないことがわかる。As is clear from Table 1, there is a large difference in the performance between the glittering spun yarn and socks obtained in Examples 1 to 4 and the spun yarn and socks obtained in Comparative Examples 1 and 2. was there. That is, the spun yarn and the sock of Comparative Example 1 were completely exposed to the sock because the metallic luster yarn as the core yarn was completely covered with the sheath yarn and was not exposed at all. The spun yarn and socks of Comparative Example 2 have a lot of exposed metallic glossy yarn, so they have a brilliant glitter, and the socks have antibacterial properties, but have a tingling feel and feel. You can also see that it is getting worse. On the other hand, the glittering spun yarns and socks obtained in Examples 1 to 4 have soft glittering properties because the metallic glossy yarns are partially and randomly, and are appropriately exposed. It can be seen that the sock feels excellent. In addition, the socks of Examples 2, 3, and 4 have excellent antibacterial properties because the metal thin film layer of the metallic luster yarn is formed of the Ag thin film layer. Furthermore, although not shown in Table 1, the surviving bacterial counts of the socks of Example 3 and Example 4 were as follows:
It is less than half the number of surviving bacteria in the sock of Example 2, and the socks of Examples 3 and 4 are more excellent in antibacterial properties than the socks of Example 2 2 Ag thin film layers
It is considered that the existence of the layer is a factor. However, the sock of Example 1 in which the metal thin film layer is an Al thin film layer,
It can be seen that the sock of Comparative Example 1 in which the Ag thin film layer was formed on the metallic luster yarn but the metallic luster yarn was not exposed at all had no antibacterial property.

Since the core yarn is not completely covered with the sheath yarn, and the core yarn is randomly and appropriately exposed, as a result, it has soft glitter. Therefore, a textile product using the glittering spinning yarn of the present invention also has soft glittering properties not in an arbitrary part of the textile product but in the entire textile product.
