Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent for spray having sufficient cleaning power directly after spraying, and after spraying, having extremely little risk of metal erosion, such as the erosion of metal fins and others, and thereby needing no after-spray washing work. SOLUTION: An alkali component is added to a cleaning agent of neutral. The cleaning agent contains further a pH indicator. Due to the indicator, when the cleaning agent becomes neutral from alkalinity with evaporating alkali component, the color of the cleaning agent changes. The cleaning agent is sealed together with a propellant gas in an aerosol container, and the agent is sprayed from the container.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a spray cleaner used by spraying metal fins or the like in an air conditioner such as an air conditioner. If the cleaning agent used in such an air conditioner is alkaline, the cleaning agent attached to the metal fins gradually erodes the metal fins over time and damages the metal fins. After that, a washing operation with water is required. Therefore, conventional cleaning agents are manufactured to be neutral. However, if the cleaning agent is neutral, the metal fins will not be damaged and the cleaning operation with water can be unnecessary. However, the cleaning power is lower than that of the alkaline cleaning agent, and dirt such as metal fins can be removed instantaneously. There is a problem that it is difficult to drop.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by providing a water-based spray cleaner having the following characteristics. The first invention of the present application is characterized in that the detergent contains an alkaline component having volatility, so that the detergent is made alkaline and the alkaline component is volatilized when used. Is what you do.

[0006] The second invention of the present application is directed to a method in which the alkaline component according to the first invention of the present application is included in the detergent in a neutral state, so that the detergent is neutralized as the alkaline component volatilizes. It is said. Further, the cleaning agent contains a PH indicator, which can change the color of the cleaning agent as the cleaning agent changes from alkaline to neutral. The term "neutral" as used in the present invention refers to a state in which the color of an alkaline detergent colored by a PH indicator changes.

Examples of the alkaline component used in the present invention include aqueous ammonia, morpholine, amino alcohol, fatty acid amine and the like. When these are included in a neutral detergent based on water, the pH of the detergent can be made 8 or more, and the detergent can be made alkaline. or,
These have good volatility, and when they are sprayed and used in a neutral detergent, they volatilize from the detergent in a short time, and the detergent after volatilization becomes neutral. In addition, as the amount of these components, when the cleaning agent is used by spraying the cleaning agent onto the object to be cleaned, the cleaning agent remains in the cleaning agent during the time when the object to be cleaned can be washed, and the cleaning agent can be maintained alkaline. and,
This is the amount that can be volatilized from the cleaning agent within the time until the sprayed cleaning agent causes metal corrosion. More specifically,
The mixing amount of the alkaline component is 0.01 to 1 of the entire cleaning agent.
It is preferably in the range of about 0% by weight, and if it is less than 0.01% by weight, when it is included in the cleaning agent and used by spraying, the cleaning agent volatilizes from the cleaning agent until about 5 seconds elapse and the cleaning agent becomes neutral. As a result, it is difficult to sufficiently clean, and it is difficult to exert a cleaning effect.
On the other hand, if it exceeds 10% by weight, if it is included in the cleaning agent and used by spraying, it will not evaporate from the cleaning agent until approximately 5 minutes or more have passed, causing metal corrosion on the sprayed object and causing trouble. There is a risk of damage.

The pH indicator is for visually determining whether or not the detergent is alkaline. By adding the pH indicator together with the above alkaline component to a neutral detergent, the pH indicator becomes alkaline. Change the color of the detergent after the alkaline component volatilized to neutral by changing the detergent that has become alkaline due to the component into a unique color, and determine at a glance that it has become neutral it can. As the PH indicator, those generally used widely as alkaline indicators can be used, and examples thereof include phenolphthalein, thymol blue, phenol red, cresol red, tropeolin, and thymolphthalein. For example, when phenolphthalein is used, the color of the cleaning agent becomes reddish purple when the cleaning agent is alkaline, but changes to colorless when the cleaning agent becomes neutral. In addition, when thymol blue is used, when the detergent is alkaline, it exhibits a blue color, but when it becomes neutral, it changes to yellow. By putting such a PH indicator in the detergent, when the detergent is used, the alkaline components in the detergent are volatilized and the detergent becomes neutral, so that the detergent is harmless even if touched by hand or the like. Not only can the user know at a glance what has just happened, but also the user can be given a sense of security, and the commercial value can be increased. The PH indicator may be included if necessary, and may be used even if it is not included. However, in that case, the user is not convinced that the cleaning agent has changed from alkaline to neutral upon spraying use of the cleaning agent, and cannot provide a sense of security. .

As the detergent containing the alkaline component and the PH indicator, any neutral detergent based on water can be used. For example, a detergent containing a surfactant, linemon, alcohol or the like may be used. Further, the detergent containing the alkaline component and the PH indicator may be composed of only water, and the detergent composed of only water may contain the alkaline component or the pH indicator together with the alkaline component. The cleaning agent of the present invention containing an alkaline component is preferably enclosed in an aerosol container together with a propellant gas and used as an aerosol. Specifically, for example, when the cleaning agent is sprayed alone without being used together with the propellant gas, the alkaline components in the sprayed cleaning agent volatilize, but the sprayed cleaning agent has relatively large granularity. , The alkaline component inside the grains becomes difficult to volatilize, and it takes time to volatilize.
However, if the cleaning agent is enclosed in an aerosol container together with the propellant gas and the cleaning agent is propelled together with the propellant gas at the time of use, the propellant gas mixed in the cleaning agent volatilizes. Can be volatilized with the volatilization of the injection gas, and the alkaline component can be easily volatilized. Therefore, even when the detergent becomes relatively large particles, the alkaline component inside the particles can be volatilized efficiently when the mixed jetting gas volatilizes, and can be volatilized in a short time. In addition, liquefied petroleum gas (LP
G), dimethyl ether (DME), nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, Freon 134a, etc., or a mixture thereof can be used.

EXAMPLE 1 A water-based neutral detergent of pH 6.5 was produced by using 1% by weight of a surfactant, 1% by weight of limonene, 20% by weight of ethanol and water. Then, 0.1% by weight of 28% aqueous ammonia as an alkaline component was added. The pH of the cleaning agent after the addition of 28% aqueous ammonia was 10.3. Next, a comparative test concerning the cleaning of a neutral detergent containing no alkaline component and the alkaline detergent containing an alkaline component of the present invention was conducted, and will be described below. In this comparative test, 1% by weight of a surfactant, 1% by weight of limonene, and 2% of ethanol were used as neutral detergents.

As a result, the detergent containing no alkaline component turned into a light brown liquid, whereas the detergent of the present invention turned into a dark brown liquid. From the above, it was confirmed that the alkaline detergent containing an alkaline component of the present invention has higher detergency than a neutral detergent containing no alkaline component.

As described above, in the first invention of the present application, since the cleaning agent is alkaline immediately after spraying, the cleaning power is higher than that of a conventional neutral cleaning agent, and dirt is instantly removed. Can be. On the other hand, after spraying, the alkaline components contained in the cleaning agent can be volatilized. Thereby, even if it sprays on the metal fins of the air conditioner, the danger of metal corrosion is extremely small, and the washing operation after spraying can be made unnecessary.
