Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface construction method using panel with decorative sheet allowing the simultaneous construction of a panel body and a decorative sheet to reduce the construction time and construction cost, and a panel with decorative sheet used for this method. SOLUTION: In this panel with decorative sheet 1, an adhesive is applied to the whole surface of the panel body 2 or the whole reverse side of the decorative sheet 3, the edge of the panel body surface or the decorative sheet reverse side is covered with a releasable protective paper 4 never impairing the adhesive force of the adhesion, and the panel body 2 is then stuck to the decorative sheet 3. This panel is used and fixed to a panel supporting bed material by a fixture such as a nail in a setting spot, the extension parts 3a and 3b of the decorative sheet are overlapped and cut in a proper cutting position 8, the scrap part is removed, the protective paper 5 is peeled, and the non-stuck part of the decorative sheet 3 is stuck to the panel body 2.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, on a wall of a building, a decorative sheet such as a wallpaper or a cloth sheet is stuck on a surface of a panel body made of a fiber reinforced cement board such as a calcium silicate board or a gypsum board. When applying such a decorative wall, the panel body must first be fixed to the panel support base material with a fixture, and then an adhesive is applied to the panel body surface. Then, a decorative sheet was stuck on it.

The feature of the method for constructing a wall surface using a panel with a decorative sheet according to the present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above and achieving the intended object is a plate-like method. After lining up a plurality of panels with decorative sheets with a decorative sheet attached to the surface of the panel body and arranging them on a panel support base material, and fixing the panels, the panels are installed side by side in a wall surface installation method using decorative panel with decorative sheets. In the joint portion of each panel with a decorative sheet to be provided, the decorative sheet panel is provided in advance with a separating portion that does not adhere the decorative sheet by a fixed width from the joint edge of each panel body, and At least one side of the decorative sheet is provided with an extension portion whose edge is extended to a length overlapping with the separating portion on the surface of the other panel, and the decorative sheet with each decorative sheet is provided. After the main body is fixed to the panel support base material, the edges of the decorative sheets and the extended portions are overlapped on either of the surfaces of the separating portion, and the edges of the decorative sheets are cut from the overlapping portion with a cutter. Is cut off, and the edges of each decorative sheet edge are removed, and thereafter, the decorative sheet edge is attached to the surface of each separating portion.

As described above, the method for applying a wall surface to a panel with a decorative sheet according to the present invention comprises a plurality of panels each having a decorative sheet adhered to the surface of a panel-shaped panel body. After being arranged and fixed on the material, in a wall surface construction method using a panel with a decorative sheet for finishing the surface, at the joint of the panels with a decorative sheet, which are installed side by side, the decorative sheet panel is previously attached to the decorative sheet panel. A separating portion that does not adhere the decorative sheet by a certain width from the joint edge is provided, and the edge of the decorative sheet on at least one side of the panels joined to each other overlaps the separating portion on the surface of the other panel. After providing an extension portion extended to the length, and after fixing the panel body with each decorative sheet to the panel support base material, respectively, Part and the extension part are overlapped on any one of the separation part surfaces, and both decorative sheet edges are cut with a cutter from the overlapping part thereof, and the cut ends of each decorative sheet edge are removed. By attaching the edge of the decorative sheet to the surface, the construction is easy and without any skill, the beautiful wall surface where the fixture head and the groove between the panels are not exposed on the surface can be easily constructed even by amateurs. As in the related art, the same contractor can collectively perform the installation of the panel main body and the attachment of the decorative sheet on the surface thereof without changing the contractor, thereby reducing the construction time and the construction cost.
