Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable shoe bottom which achieves a peeling preventing performance enough to keep itself from peeling off even when a user walks on exceedingly rugged terrains such as fishing fields. SOLUTION: The shoe bottom made to be detachably mounted on the body of individual shoe is composed of a synthetic rubber and integrally built up with a plurality of parts different in hardness. In other words, a deformation inhibiting part comprising a synthetic rubber with a higher hardness on the side mounted on the body of the shoe and a shoe bottom base part comprising a synthetic rubber with a lower hardness on the side contacting the ground are integrally formed.

However, when such a shoe sole is used as a fishing shoe which is often used for walking a long distance on an uneven terrain such as a rocky surface or in an unstable posture, the shoe sole becomes a shoe sole. From the surface. This is because in such fishing shoes, a load is often applied to an outer peripheral portion, for example, a heel or a toe, rather than a central portion of a shoe sole, and peeling is likely to occur from the outer periphery.

Since the reinforcing member is a separate member, there is a problem that workability is poor and high cost is incurred. Further, when the reinforcing member is a metal wire, there is a drawback that once the metal wire is deformed, it is not restored. If the metal wire is exposed for a long period of time, rust may occur and corrosion may rapidly progress. There was also.

[0010] In such a shoe sole, since a plurality of portions made of synthetic rubber and having different hardness are integrally formed, deformation is suppressed in a portion having high hardness, whereby the shoe sole peels from the shoe body. Is prevented. Further, since it is made of the same kind of synthetic rubber and there is no need to use a separate member such as a metal, it can be manufactured at low cost. Further, since the whole is made of synthetic rubber, it has flexibility and restorability against local deformation such as bending, impact, and catching, and can be used very suitably for fishing shoes.

According to the present invention, in the above-mentioned shoe sole, the deformation suppressing portion made of high-hardness synthetic rubber on the side mounted on the shoe body and the shoe sole base portion made of low-hardness synthetic rubber on the grounding side are integrally formed. A shoe sole characterized by being formed is provided.

Such a shoe sole has a deformation suppressing portion made of high-hardness synthetic rubber on the side to be mounted on the shoe body, so that deformation is suppressed, thereby preventing peeling from the shoe body. Since the shoe sole base portion on the ground side is made of low-hardness synthetic rubber, its cushioning property gives the wearer a comfortable wearing feeling, reduces fatigue, reduces shock applied to the shoe body, and prevents peeling. Also plays a role.

In addition, only low-hardness synthetic rubber constituting the shoe sole base is deformed by stresses in all directions, such as vertical, horizontal and oblique directions, caused by pushing up, catching, etc. applied to the shoe sole base on the ground side. Since the high-hardness synthetic rubber constituting the suppressing portion is not exposed to the ground contact surface, it plays a role of holding the surface fastener for attaching and detaching flat, and as a result, the shoe sole is difficult to peel off from the shoe body.

In the shoe sole according to the present invention, the deformation suppressing portion may have a higher hardness at the outer periphery than at the center. This is because the outer peripheral portion of the shoe sole is a portion that is particularly easily peeled, so that the hardness of the portion is increased. On the other hand, the central portion is a portion that is hardly peeled, so that the hardness does not need to be so high.

The shoe sole of the present invention may have a configuration in which a spike pin is embedded in the surface on the ground contact side. Alternatively, the present invention can be applied to a sole such as a radial sole or a deck sole having no spike pins and having a pattern with large irregularities on the grounding surface. Further, it is also possible to attach a felt to the ground surface.

Further, the present invention relates to a method for producing a shoe sole detachable from a shoe body, comprising the steps of:
The second synthetic rubber compound, which can be vulcanized with a higher degree of crosslinking than the first synthetic rubber compound, is laminated, pressed, and then heated and vulcanized at about 165 ° C. to be attached to the shoe body. As described above, since the hardness of the synthetic rubber can be changed depending on the amount of the vulcanizing agent and the like, the vulcanization added to the second synthetic rubber compound rather than the first synthetic rubber compound. By increasing the amount of the agent, it is possible to form a high hardness deformation suppressing portion.

FIG. 4 shows a shoe sole 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
It is sectional drawing which takes out and shows. As shown in FIG. 4, the shoe sole 2 has a base portion 5 in which a large number of spike pins 3 are embedded.
And a deformation suppressing portion 6 to which the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is attached. The base portion 5 and the deformation suppressing portion 6 are usually made of the same kind of synthetic rubber, for example, styrene-butadiene rubber, but the hardness of the synthetic rubber forming the base portion 5 depends on the hardness of the synthetic rubber forming the deformation suppressing portion 6. It is set lower than the hardness. However, it is necessary to have sufficient hardness to hold the spike pins 3.

In order to exhibit both excellent anti-peeling properties and a function as a fishing shoe, it is desirable to increase the difference in hardness (stretchability) between the base portion 5 and the deformation suppressing portion 6.
As a method therefor, on the upper surface or the lower surface of the base portion 5,
For example, a mesh material made of a synthetic resin such as nylon, tetron, polyester, or polypropylene is adhered and arranged on the entire surface or partially.

First, a first rubber compound for forming a base is poured into a predetermined mold while temporarily holding the spike pins. Fillers and vulcanizing agents have been added to this first rubber compound. Next, a second rubber compound for forming a deformation suppressing portion is poured onto the first rubber compound. The second rubber compound has a higher hardness by vulcanization than the first rubber compound. For example, the amount of the vulcanizing agent added is larger than that of the first rubber compound. It is.

Next, these rubber compounds are molded by pressing and then vulcanized by heating at about 165 ° C. In this way, it is possible to obtain a molded body in which the deformation suppressing portion on the side attached to the shoe main body and the sole base portion on the ground contact side are integrally formed.
