可能なロック腕6の基部7が螺合させてあり、 前記ロック軸4の上端は前記カバー板1表面と概ね面一
としてあって,平面非円形のハンドル掛合突起8として
あり、 前記ロック軸4の回転により、ロック腕6の一部は、前
