Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遮断弁の入口から、容器に液体を放出する出口へと流れる液体の流れを停止 させる遮断弁において、所定レベルに到達した液体の流れを停止させ、入口か ら出口への液体の流れを制御するマスター弁を有し、該マスター弁は、これを 通って容器へと流れる液体に関する液体レベル検出手段により制御されるパイ ロットダイアフラム弁により制御されることを特徴とする遮断弁。 2.前記マスター弁はダイアフラムマスター弁でありかつパイロットダイアフラ ム弁に入口圧力を供給するための、前記入口からパイロットダイアフラム弁に 通じるブリードを有し、前記液体レベル検出手段はパイロットダイアフラム弁 に連結されたフロートであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の遮断 弁。 3.前記パイロットダイアフラム弁は、プッシュロッドが通る孔をシールするこ とができる中央閉鎖領域を有し、プッシュロッドはフロートに連結されており 、パイロットダイアフラムは、前記閉鎖領域から半径方向に間隔をおいた位置 において周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた複数の孔を有し、該孔は架橋部を介 して連結されており、パイロットダイアフラム弁の開位置においてマスターダ イアフラムのブリードを通るブリードがパイロットダイアフラムの間隔をおい た孔および前記孔を通って流れ、ブリードの流れが、閉鎖領域および孔からの 屑片の除去を補助することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の遮断弁。 4.前記フロートはパイロット弁を移動させて前記孔を閉じ、マスター弁を通る 流れを停止させ、マスターダイアフラム弁を通るブリードがマスターダイアフ ラム弁に作用する圧力を増大させてマスター弁を閉じ、マスター弁を通る流れ を停止させ、前記架橋部は、中央閉鎖領域が前記孔をシールすることを補助す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の遮断弁。 5.前記パイロット弁はパイロット弁本体内に取り付けられており、該本体は下 向きの内面と、該内面に設けられた複数の下向きキャビティとを有し、該キャ ビティ内の空気またはクッション材料は、パイロット弁に作用する液体に緩衝 およびクッション作用して、パイロット弁の閉鎖を円滑化することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか1項に記載の遮断弁。 6.前記フロートはステム上で摺動可能なブシュに取り付けられており、該ブシ ュはリンク機構を介してプッシュロッドに連結されており、フロートおよびリ ンク機構を保護すべくこれらを包囲するケーシングを有し、該ケーシングに設 けられた少なくとも1つの制限開口が、該開口を通って液体が流れることを可 能にして、液体のサージングおよび波作用がフロートに悪影響を与えないよう に構成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の遮断弁。 7.所定レベルに到達した液体のレベルで容器への液体の流れを停止させる遮断 弁において、容器への液体の流れを制御するマスター弁と、容器内の液体のレ ベルに応答するフロートと、フロート位置の位置に応答して孔を通るブリード を許容または停止させるパイロットダイアフラム弁とを有し、前記マスター弁 は、パイロットダイアフラム弁の位置に応答するように、マスター弁を通って ブリードが流れ、これにより、パイロットダイアフラム弁がブリード孔を閉じ ると、マスター弁の孔を通るブリードがマスター弁の閉鎖側の圧力を増大させ てマスター弁を閉じ、かつパイロット弁がブリード孔を開くと、マスター弁の 閉鎖側の圧力が低下し、マスター弁は、この入口側の入口圧力により開かれる ことを特徴とする遮断弁。 8.前記フロートとパイロット弁との間のリンク機構を有し、該リンク機構は、 パイロット弁のダイアフラムのシーリング領域に作用するための、ブリード孔 を通るプッシュロッドを有し、前記シーリング領域はブリード孔をシールする ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の遮断弁。 9.前記パイロット弁ダイアフラムには、シーリング領域の半径方向外方でかつ パイロット弁ダイアフラムの外側部分の内方で、周方向に間隔をおいた複数の 孔が設けられ、プッシュロッドがシーリング領域を孔から持ち上げると、前記 孔を通ってブリードがブリード孔へと流れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8 項に記載の遮断弁。 10.前記プッシュロッドは多面体で、屑片の堆積を最小にしかつプッシュロッド を通るブリード流により、堆積したあらゆる屑片をフラッシングすることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の遮断弁。 11.前記フロートはプッシュロッドに直接作用し、遮断弁の本体は円筒状であり 、フロートは遮断弁上で軸線方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第7項に記載の遮断弁。 12.前記遮断弁はシスターン内に配置され、偏向チューブがサイホン作用防止チ ューブとして作用し、弁が遮断弁の出口に取り付けられていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第11項に記載の遮断弁。
