Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.3相スラリーと、該スラリーから固体およびガスを除去する手段とを含む容 器において、該スラリーは気泡とスラリー液体中の微粒子固体とを含み、該手段 は下記要素(イ)および(ロ)を含むことを特徴とする容器。 (イ)スラリー入口、ガス出口、その中のガス分離空洞と、該導管が懸垂した流 体出口を有する密閉容器を備えたスラリーガス分離域 (ロ)上記(イ)のスラリーガス分離域の外部および上流であり、該スラリーを 受ける一端が開放されていて、分離された固体および分離されたガスを除去する 手段を有していて、該スラリー入口と接触し、上記(イ)のスラリーガス分離域 と流体で連通するスラリー固体・ガス分離域 2.該バッフルは、乱流を減らし、ガス分離を補助するために、該両域に存在し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の容器。 3.該手段は、該スラリーの入口と該ガス分離域の出口のそれぞれに近接して、 乱流と渦流を減少する流を減少する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲2記 載の容器。 4.該固体・ガス分離域は、該導管の上部近傍に位置していて、導管は下降管を 備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の容器。 5.炭化水素を形成するためのスラリー炭化水素合成方法であって、該方法は、 下記工程(a)〜(d)を含むことを特徴とするスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 (a)H2とCOの混合物を含む合成ガスを、固体微粒子炭化水素合成触媒と炭 化水素スラリー液体と気泡とを含むスラリー本体中の該触媒と接触させる工程で あって、該工程は、該合成ガスから炭化水素を形成するのに効果的な反応条件下 で行なわれ、該炭化水素の少なくとも一部が液体である工程 (b)該スラリー本体からの該スラリーの一部を、固体・ガス分離域に通して、 該微粒子触媒と気泡の少なくとも一部を除去して、固体およびガスの減少したス ラリーを形成する工程 (c)該固体およびガスの減少したスラリーを、ガス分離域に通して、さらに気 泡を分離して、第2のガスおよび固体の減少したスラリーを形成する工程 (d)該第2の固体およびガスの減少したスラリーを、流体導管に通して所望の 位置へ通過させる工程であって、該工程は(イ)該両域は、流体と連通していて 、(ロ)該固体・ガス分離域は、該ガス分離域の上流であり、(ハ)該ガス・固 体分離域は、該スラリー本体と分離されていない外側表面(outer periphery) を有して、該スラリー本体と直接接触しており、(ニ)該流体導管は、ガス分離 域から懸垂するものであり、(ホ)該ガス分離域は、囲壁内にあって、該スラリ ー本体とは直接接触していない工程 6.該固体およびガスの減少したスラリーは、該スラリー本体の低い部分に通さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 7.該域および導管は、該スラリー本体に浸漬されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲6記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 8.該触媒は、少なくとも1種類の第VIII族金属を担持して含むことを特徴とす る請求の範囲7記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 9.該合成炭化水素の少なくとも一部は、1つ以上の転化操作により少なくとも 1種類以上の有用な生成物に品質向上されることを特徴とする請求の範囲8記載 のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 10.該固体およびガスの減じたスラリーの少なくとも一部は、濾過域へ通され て、該液体が該固体から分離されることを特徴とする請求の範囲8記載のスラリ ー炭化水素合成方法。
