Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.透明な液状混合物であって、 (a)一方では、ラクチトール、および 他方では、他の多価アルコール、 を含み、 ラクチトール:他の多価アルコールの重量比が40:60〜80:20である、重量 で60〜80%(重量%)の溶解された固体、および (b)20〜40重量%の水、 を含み、 存在するならば、他の多価アルコールの少なくとも80重量%が、2またはそ れ以上のデキストロース単位から構成される水素添加された炭化水素から成り、 前記割合は他の多価アルコールの全重量に基づく、 ところの混合物。 2.請求項1に記載の混合物であって、 溶解された固体の量は65〜75重量%であり、水の量は25〜35重量%である、 ところの混合物。 3.請求項1または2に記載の混合物であって、 ラクチトール:他の多価アルコールの重量比は、60:40〜80:20である、 ところの混合物。 4.先の請求項のいずれかに記載の混合物であって、 他の多価アルコールの全重量に基づいて、少なくとも85重量%の多価アルコ ールは、2またはそれ以上のデキストロース単位から構成される水素添加された 炭化水素から成る、 ところの混合物。 5.先の請求項のいずれかに記載の混合物であって、 他の多価アルコールにおいて、マルチトール:3またはそれ以上のデキスト ロース単位から構成される水素添加された炭化水素の値は、1:20〜15:1である 、 ところの混合物。 6.請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の混合物を調製する方法であって、 他の多価アルコールの量がラクチトール:他の多価アルコールが40:60〜80 :20の値であって、溶解された固体の全量が60〜80重量%で変化するように、ろ 過、精製および可能な限りの蒸発による濃化に続いて、水性媒体中でのラクトー スの水素添加により得られるラクチトール溶液に添加される、 ところの方法。 7.請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の混合物の使用方法であって、 食品の甘味料としての使用方法。 8.請求項1に記載の混合物の使用方法であって、 固い甘味料、柔らかい糖菓、アイスクリーム製品、 デザート製品および焼き物製品における使用方法。 9.請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の混合物を混合した食品。
