Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粘土100gあたり少なくとも50重量ミリ当量(at least 50 millieqiva lents weight per 100grams)(活性ベース)のイオン交換容量を有するスメク チック型粘土、および下記の式(I): [式中、R1およびR2は、ともにメチル基であり、R3は、12〜22個の 炭素原子を有する線状または分枝を有するの飽和もしくは不飽和アルキル基であ り、R4は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜6の飽和低級アルキル基であり;R5 は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和アルキ ル基であり;R6は、炭素原子数5〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和ア ルキル基であるが;−CR4 R5 R6部分は、少なくとも1個の炭素側鎖を有 し;Xは塩の陰イオンである] を有する第四アンモニウム化合物の反応生成物を含むオルガノクレー組成物。 2.R3が水素化油脂の基である請求項1記載の組成物。 3.基 が2−エチルヘキシル基である請求項1記載の組成物。 4.分枝を有するアルキル第四アンモニウム塩が、ジメチル水素化油脂メチル硫 酸2−エチルヘキシルアンモニウムである請求項1記載の組成物。 5.スメクチック型粘土がモンモリロナイトである請求項1記載の組成物。 6.インク着色材料と、粘土100gあたり少なくとも50重量ミリ当量 (活性ベース)のイオン交換容量を有するスメクチック型粘土、および下記の式 (I): [式中、R1およびR2は、ともにメチル基であり、R3は、12〜22個の 炭素原子を有する線状または分枝を有するの飽和もしくは不飽和アルキル基であ り、R4は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜6の飽和低級アルキル基であり;R5 は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和アルキ ル基であり;R6は、炭素原子数5〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和ア ルキル基であるが;−CR4 R5 R6部分は、少なくとも1個の炭素側鎖を有 し;Xは塩の陰イオンである] を有する第四アンモニウム化合物の反応生成物を含むオルガノクレー 成物とを それに分散させた有機インクビヒクルを含む印刷インク。 7.R3が水素化油脂の基である請求項6記載のインク。 8.基 が2−エチルヘキシル基である請求項6記載のインク。 9.分枝を有するアルキル第四アンモニウム塩が、ジメチル水素化油脂メチル硫 酸2−エチルヘキシルアンモニウムである請求項6記載のインク。 10.スメクチック型粘土がモンモリロナイトである請求項6記載のインク。 11.オルガノクレー組成物が、組成物全体の1〜3重量%の量で存在する請求 項6記載のインク。 12.有機グリース組成物と、粘土100gあたり少なくとも50重量ミリ 当量(活性ベース)のイオン交換容量を有するスメクチック型粘土、および下記 の式(I): [式中、R1およびR2は、ともにメチル基であり、R3は、12〜22個の 炭素原子を有する線状または分枝を有するの飽和もしくは不飽和アルキル基であ り、R4は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜6の飽和低級アルキル基であり;R5 は、水素、または炭素原子数1〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和アルキ ル基であり;R6は、炭素原子数5〜22の線状もしくは分枝を有するの飽和ア ルキル基であるが;−CR4 R5 R6部分は、少なくとも1個の炭素側鎖を有 し;Xは塩の陰イオンである] を有する第四アンモニウム化合物の反応生成物を含むオルガノクレー組成物とを 含むグリース組成物。 13.R3が水素化油脂の基である請求項12記載のグリース。 14.基 が2−エチルヘキシル基である請求項12記載のグリース。 15.分枝を有するアルキル第四アンモニウム塩が、ジメチル水素化油脂メチル 硫酸2−エチルヘキシルアンモニウムである請求項12記載のグリース。 16.スメクチック型粘土がモンモリロナイトである請求項12記載のグリース 。 17.オルガノクレー組成物が、組成物全体の約6重量%の量で存在する請求項 12記載のグリース。 18.液体有機系の粘度を高める方法であって、該粘度上昇を実施するのに充分 な量の請求項1のオルガノクレー組成物を該液体有機系と混合する段階を含む方 法。 19.分枝を有するアルキル第四アンモニウム塩が、ジメチル水素化油脂メチル 硫酸2−エチルヘキシルアンモニウムである請求項18記載の方法。 20.スメクチック型粘土がモンモリロナイトである請求項18記載の方法。
