Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 固形および/または半固形物体(41)を液体(40)から除去する装 置にして、該装置が、ネジ刃(33)により形成され、その軸線(32)回りに 回転し、水平面と角度(α)をなす通路(7)内に置かれたヘリックス(3)を 有し、また、ヘリックスをその軸線回りに回転させる駆動手段(30)を有する 装置において、 前記装置が、前記通路(7)を形成する第1容器と、装置の下方領域(35) において第1容器を取り囲み、周囲環境からほぼ分離された空所を形成している 第2容器とを有しており;前記空所が第1容器の壁(17)と第2容器の壁(2 7)との間に置かれた第1空間(26)を有しており;第1容器(1)が、固形 および/または半固形の物体を含む液体を供給する入口(13)を有しており; 第1容器(1)の壁(17)が、第1容器から第1容器(1)と第2容器(2) との間の空間(26)へと液体を通過させる孔(15)を備えており;前記孔( 15)の寸法が、液体が該孔を通り流れるとき、液体によって第1容器の壁(1 7)の内部へと輸送される固形および/または半固形の粒子(41)を分離させ るように決められており;ヘリックス(3)が、その回転時に、前記分離された 固形および/または半固形の物体を通路の長手方向に移動させるように設けられ ており;第1、第2容器の壁(17,27)の間の空間(26)が、液体の出口 (24)に連結されており:液体から分離された物体のための排出開口(14) が第1容器(1)の上方領域(11)に置かれている;ことを特徴とする装置。 2. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置において、前記ヘリックス(3)が静止 機械的軸(19)を囲んでいることを特徴とする装置。 3. 請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置において、前記ヘリックス が、ヘリックス回転時に、第1容器の壁(17)に蓄積された物質を解放させる スクレイパー手段(36)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 4. 請求の範囲第1頁〜第3項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、排出開 口(14)に関連して、排出開口の開閉を制御する機械的衝接器(50)が設け られており;コンベヤヘリックス(3)が排出開口(14)から距離を置いて終 結し、コンベヤヘリックス(3)の端部(34)と内側容器の上方端壁との間に ヘリックス無し領域を(16)を形成しており;該ヘリックス無し領域が、コン ベヤヘリックス端部と排出開口(14)との間に、ケーシングが液体を通す孔( 15)を備えている部分を有している;ことを特徴とする装置。 5. 請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置において、前記機械的衝接器(50)が 排出開口(14)に置かれた少なくとも1個のハッチ(50)を有しており;ヘ リックス無し領域に蓄積された物質が内部からハッチに加える力を検知するため の装置、または、発動機(30)に供給される電流強度またはパワーを計測する ための装置が設けられており;計測された力、電流強度、パワー等の大きさに基 づき、ハッチを閉位置から、または、閉位置へと移動させる駆動装置が設けられ ている;ことを特徴とする装置。 6. 請求の範囲第1項〜第5項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、ヘリッ クス(3)の上端(34)と排出開口(14)との間の距離が、少なくともヘリ ックスの外径の半分であることを特徴とする装置。 7. 請求の範囲第1項〜第6項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、第1容 器の上方領域(11)に、ヘリックス(3)を回転させるため発動機(30)に 連結された機械的駆動軸(18)が設けられており;該機械的軸(18)が、ヘ リックス(3)の上端(34)に少なくとも螺旋の半旋回分だけ延び込んでいる ことを特徴とする装置。 8. 請求の範囲第6項に記載の装置において、1個の羽根(51)が排出開 口(14)の領域において機械的駆動軸(18)に固定されており;該羽根が前 記機械的軸からほぼ半径方向に突出する装置を形成している;ことを特徴とする 装置。 9. 請求の範囲第1項〜第8項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、第1容 器(1)が、計算上の最高液体レベルの上方領域に、第1容器の壁(17)の内 部に向け液体ジェットを放射するノズル(52)を有していることを特徴とする 装置。 10. 請求の範囲第1項〜第9項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、発動 機(30)が、制御された時間間隔をおいて、ヘリックスを、蓄積された物質を 排出開口(14)に向けて移動させる方向と反対の方向に回転させるようにされ ていることを特徴とする装置。 11. 請求の範囲第1項〜第10項の何れか1項に記載の装置において、レ ベルセンサ(53)が、液体が所定の液体レベルに達したとき、遮断弁(25) を開閉するために設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
