Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.安定化された次亜臭素酸ナトリウム溶液の微生物抑制に効果的な量を水シス テムに添加することから成り、上記溶液は下記の、 a.アルカリ又は塩素として約5パーセントから約70パーセントの有効ハロ ゲンを有するアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸塩の水溶液に、水溶性臭化物イオン源 を混合し、; b.上記臭化物イオン源と、上記アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸 塩が、0.5から30重量パーセントの不安定化されたアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金 属次亜臭素酸塩の水溶液を形成する反応を許容し、: c.アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩の上記不安定化された溶液 に、炭酸、シアン化水素、カルボン酸、アミノ酸、硫酸、リン酸及びホウ酸で構 成される群から選択される安定剤を添加し、; d.安定化された水性アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩溶液を回 収する、 段階によって調製される工業水システムに接触する設備の表面での微生物汚染 を抑制するための方法。 2.前記工業水システムは、冷却水システム、スウィートウォーターシステム、 ガス洗浄システム及び空気清浄システムで構成される群から選択される、請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.前記安定剤は、尿素、チオ尿素、クレアチン、シアヌル酸、アルキル ヒダ ントイン、モノ或いはジエタノールアミン、有機スルホンアミド、ビウレット、 スルファミン酸、有機スルファミン酸塩及びメラミンで構成される群から選択さ れる、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.下記の、 a.アルカリ又は塩素として約5パーセントから約70パーセントの有効ハロ ゲンを有するアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸塩の水溶液に、水溶性臭化物イオン源 を混合し、; b.上記臭化物イオン源と、上記アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸 塩が、0.5から30重量パーセントの不安定化されたアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金 属次亜臭素酸塩の水溶液を形成する反応を許容し、; c.アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩の上記不安定化された溶液 に、炭酸、シアン化水素、カルボン酸、アミノ酸、硫酸、リン酸及びホウ酸で構 成される群から選択される安定剤を添加し、; d.安定化された水性アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩溶液を回 収する 段階から調製されるアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩の安定化され た水溶液。 5.前記安定剤は、尿素、チオ尿素、クレアチン、シアヌル酸、アルキル ヒダ ントイン、モノ或いはジエタノールアミン、有機スルホンアミド、ビウレット、 スルファミン酸、有機スルファミン酸塩及びメラミンで構成される群から選択さ れる、請求項4に記載の水溶液。 6.下記の、 a.アルカリ又は塩素として約5パーセントから約70パーセントの有効ハロ ゲンを有するアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸塩の水溶液に、水溶性臭化物イオン源 を混合し、; b.上記臭化物イオン源と、上記アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜塩素酸 塩が、0.5から30重量パーセントの不安定化されたア ルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩の水溶液を形成する反応を許容し、; c.アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩の上記不安定化された溶液 に、炭酸、シアン化水素、カルボン酸、アミノ酸、硫酸、リン酸及びホウ酸で構 成される群から選択される安定剤を添加し、; d.安定化された水性アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩溶液を回 収する 段階からなる安定化された水性アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属次亜臭素酸塩溶 液を調製する方法。 7.前記安定剤は、尿素、チオ尿素、クレアチン、シアヌル酸、アルキル ヒダ ントイン、モノ或いはジエタノールアミン、有機スルホンアミド、ビウレット、 スルファミン酸、有機スルファミン酸塩及びメラミンで構成される群から選択さ れる、請求項6に記載の方法。
