Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a traveling rail laid under a conveyor chain in a conveyor is formed by, for example, machining or extrusion, while a frame on which the traveling rail is mounted is made of, for example, iron or steel. A stainless steel thin plate which is appropriately bent is used. The mounting of the traveling rail on the frame is, for example, appropriately placing the traveling rail on the frame and fixing the traveling rail to the frame at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction using a plurality of fixing screws, As shown in FIG.
The running rail 30 formed by extrusion molding is fitted and mounted on the flat edge portion of the frame 31, and the running rail 30 is mounted so as to sandwich the edge portion of the frame 31 by the elastic clamping pressure of the running rail 30 itself. 3
Means for fixing the end of the frame 0 to the frame 31 using a fixing screw has been employed.

があった。However, in the mounting means as described above, as the running rail wears,
Part of the fixing screw (for example, the head) is exposed and comes into contact with the conveyor chain sliding surface, causing abnormal wear on the conveyor chain, uneven transport speed, and abnormal noise. There were difficulties. Further, when the frame is mounted so as to sandwich the frame by the elastic clamping pressure of the traveling rail itself, if the elastic clamping pressure is weak, there is a possibility that the traveling rail may be laterally displaced with respect to the frame. Furthermore, if the elastic clamping pressure is strong, it is difficult to mount the running rail to the frame smoothly, and there is a possibility that the running rail cannot be mounted so as to be pushed into a predetermined position of the frame. There is a problem that the movement is not performed smoothly and heat, abnormal wear, vibration and noise are generated.

A traveling rail mounting structure for mounting the rail R, wherein the traveling rail R is
A base piece 1, a holding piece 2 disposed at a predetermined distance from the base piece 1, and a connecting piece provided so as to connect a base end of the base piece 1 and a base end of the holding piece 2. The holding piece 2 is formed in a substantially groove shape in cross-section with the side piece 3, and a locking projection 4 is provided at the tip edge of the holding piece 2 so as to project toward the base piece 1, while the traveling rail R is mounted. The mounting portion of the frame F has a bent plate 11 in the form of a substantially elongated strip which is connected to the substrate 10 at an appropriate angle, and a base edge of the bent plate 11 is connected to a distal end edge of the bent plate 11. Established,
The leading edge is constituted by a folded piece 12 arranged so that the substrate 10 faces the side. The running rail R is configured such that the inner surface 1B of the base piece 1 abuts on the bent plate 11 and the holding piece 2 Since the inner surface 2B abuts on the turning piece 12 and the locking projection 4 is locked on the leading edge of the turning piece 12, the traveling rail R can be easily and reliably attached to the mounting portion of the frame F. , And can be stably mounted. Further, handling is easy, and interchangeable mounting of the running rail R is also easy. Moreover, the configuration is simple, suitable for mass production, cost reduction can be achieved, and an economical running rail R mounting structure can be obtained. In addition, fixing screws and the like become unnecessary, so that even if the running rail R wears out, there is no danger of abnormal wear of the conveyor chain 20, transfer speed unevenness, and abnormal noise.

能となる。In particular, the running rail R is provided on the inner surface 1 of the base piece 1.
B is in contact with the bent plate 11, the inner surface 2 </ b> B of the holding piece 2 is in contact with the folded piece 12, and the locking projection 4 is locked to the leading edge of the folded piece 12. The running rail R mounted on the mounting portion of the frame F is not likely to be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the bent plate 11 and the frame F
The conveyor rail 20 can be smoothly moved, and there is no fear of generating heat, abnormal wear, vibration, noise, and the like. In addition, the running rail R itself can maintain a stable mounting state for a long period of time even if the frame F is not strongly pinched, so that the elastic force of the running rail R can be set widely. Thus, it is possible to provide the traveling rail R that can be smoothly mounted on the frame F and is easier to handle.

On the other hand, the mounting portion of the frame on which the traveling rail is mounted is formed of a substantially elongated strip-shaped bent plate continuously connected to the substrate at an appropriate angle, and a base end of the bent plate at the leading edge of the bent plate. An edge part is continuously provided, and a front edge part thereof is constituted by a folded piece arranged so that the substrate faces a side. The traveling rail has an inner surface of a base piece in contact with a bent plate, and is held. A traveling rail mounting structure in a transport conveyor, wherein an inner surface of a piece abuts on a folded piece and a locking projection is locked on a leading edge of the folded piece.
