2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to attach a polarizing plate to a small to ultra-small liquid crystal plate, a release sheet with a polarizing plate having a polarizing plate with an adhesive layer attached at an appropriate interval on the surface of the release sheet is used. hand,
A method has been employed in which a release sheet is sequentially sent out, and then the polarizing plate is peeled off from the release sheet and adhered to a liquid crystal plate surface. The release sheet with a polarizing plate used in this method is usually cut into a flat roll of a release sheet with a polarizing sheet in which an adhesive layer and a release sheet are sequentially laminated on one surface of a long polarizing sheet having a width of 600 to 1200 mm. Further, the flat plate is sequentially cut into thin pieces, and a large number of small rectangular polarizing plates having a polarizing axis in a substantially diagonal direction are prepared, a release sheet is peeled from the small polarizing plate, and a rectangular adhesive is adhered to the surface of another release sheet. The small polarizing plate with the agent layer is manufactured by manually placing one side of the small polarizing plate with one side thereof in the same direction as the feeding direction of the release sheet, and winding the roll into a roll. This is because the liquid crystal plate to which the polarizing plate is attached is provided on the release sheet with the release sheet sending direction and one side of the liquid crystal plate in the same direction, and it is necessary to match the directionality at the time of attachment. Because there is. However, this method of manufacturing a release sheet with a polarizing plate involves manually replacing the cut polarizing plate with a release sheet, and there is a problem that a release sheet with a polarizing plate cannot be efficiently manufactured.

The release sheet 6 provided with the polarizing plate 2 on which the polarizing plate 2 is formed may have the remaining portion 3 of the polarizing sheet other than the polarizing plate 2 removed before reaching the polarizing plate peeling device 14, or may be left as it is. Good, but better to remove. The peeling sheet 6 with the polarizing plate 2 is wrapped around a polarizing plate peeling tool 14 provided on the side of the peeling sheet 6, and the polarizing plate 2 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is peeled by the peeling action part 20 of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14. Then, the remaining release sheet 6 is taken up in the direction of arrow C by a take-up roll 15 that is driven intermittently or continuously by a driving device (not shown).

The peeling action portion 20 of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14 is disposed obliquely to the feeding direction of the peeling sheet 6 with the polarizing plate 2. The angle between the peeling action part 20 of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14 and the feeding direction of the peeling sheet 6 with the polarizing plate 2 is:
Preferably it is 10 to 80 degrees. In FIG. 4, four polarizing plates 2 are arranged diagonally in a row at a predetermined interval, and a large number of the rows are sequentially arranged at a predetermined interval. It is preferable that the angle of one row of the polarizing plate 2 and the angle of the peeling action portion of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14 coincide. By matching the angles of the two, the four polarizing plates 2 arranged obliquely in one row can be simultaneously peeled from the peeling action portion of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14. The polarizing plate peeling tool 14 is not particularly limited as long as it has a shape capable of peeling the polarizing plate, but the roll shape shown in FIG. 4 and the peeling action at the tip end as shown in FIG. A tapered shape, a flat plate shape, or the like toward the portion 20 may be used.

The polarizing plate 2 peeled off by the peeling action section 20 of the polarizing plate peeling tool 14 is adhered to the surface of a liquid crystal plate 17 which is adhered to a release sheet 16 at a predetermined interval by a pasting machine or the like. You. The release sheet 16 with the liquid crystal plate 17 is sequentially sent out from a supply device (not shown) so that the peeled polarizing plate 2 comes to a predetermined position on the surface of the liquid crystal plate 17.
It only has to be sent. In FIG. 4, since the four polarizing plates 2 arranged diagonally in a row are peeled off at the same time, the release sheet 16 with the liquid crystal plate 17 is taken over on the surface of the release sheet 16 with the liquid crystal plate 17. Four liquid crystal plates 17 are stuck and arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction (the direction of arrow D). As described above, the number of the liquid crystal plates 17 may be selected according to the number of the polarizing plates 2 that are simultaneously peeled.

Release sheet 1 with polarizing plate-coated liquid crystal plate 18
6 is attached in the direction of arrow D after its surface is adhered with the polarizing plate 2. After the peeled polarizing plate 2 is adhered to the surface of the liquid crystal plate 17, in order to secure the adhesion between the liquid crystal plate 17 and the polarizing plate 2, a pressing tool such as a pressing roll (not shown) is used. It may be pressed. The release sheet with a polarizing plate of the present invention is used for a projector LCD and a camcorder LC.
D. It can be used for efficient sticking work to the surface of a small or ultra-small liquid crystal plate such as a mobile phone LCD.

Examples of the present invention will be described below. Note that the present invention is not limited by this example. Embodiment 1 An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Polyethylene terephthalate sheet (thickness 100 μm, width 6)
A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 (thickness 2) made of an acrylic resin-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is formed on the release-treated surface of a release sheet 6 that has been subjected to a release treatment made of a silicone resin on a surface having a thickness of 0 mm and a length of 100 m.
A polarizing sheet 4 (thickness: 100 μm, width: 60 mm, length: 100 m) having a polarizing axis in the length direction (the direction in which the release sheet is fed out) is laminated via 5 μm and an adhesive force to glass of 15 N / 25 mm. A release sheet 1 was prepared. Next, using the apparatus shown in FIG. 4, the release sheet 1 with the polarizing sheet is fed out by a feed roll, and the die cutting blade 7 (the height of the blade is 150 μm) by the cutting device 13.
Is made to reach the upper surface of the release sheet 6 from the polarizing sheet 4 side, as shown in FIG.
The polarizing plates 2 (rectangular, 8 mm long, 14 mm wide) having a polarizing axis in the direction in which the release sheet 6 is sent out are arranged in a row in an oblique manner.
The four polarizing plates 2 are arranged at an interval of 4 mm, and the four polarizing plates 2 in an oblique line form a release sheet with a polarizing plate sequentially arranged at an interval of 8 mm in the feeding direction of the release sheet 6.

The angle of the edge of the front end of one row of the polarizing plate 2 with respect to the feeding direction of the release sheet 6 is 60 degrees. Subsequently, the remaining part 3 of the polarizing sheet is removed, and the peeling sheet 6 side of the peeling sheet with a polarizing plate is wrapped around an aluminum cylindrical roll polarizing sheet peeling tool 14 having a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 100 mm, and the end of the peeling sheet 6 is wound. It was set on the take-up roll 15 and winding and feeding were started at a speed of 5 m / min. In addition, the cylindrical roll-shaped polarizing plate peeling device 14 is arranged so as to be at an angle of 60 degrees with respect to the feeding direction of the peeling sheet with the polarizing plate. The four polarizing plates 2 in a diagonal line were simultaneously peeled off obliquely by the cylindrical roll-shaped polarizing plate peeling device 14 at an angle of 60 degrees with respect to the feeding direction of the peeling sheet with the polarizing plate.
