転させると共にボビン上の巻き糸を巻き糸案内補助具を
介してスピンドル先端方向に案内し、スピンドル先端付
近で巻き糸を芯糸に撚り付かせて撚り糸を形成しつつ該
撚り糸を所要速度で送出するようにした撚り飾り糸の製
造方法において、 前記撚り糸の送出速度を、所定プログラムに基づいて低
速側及び高速側に交互に変速させることにより、芯糸の
単位長さ当りの巻き糸回撚数を芯糸の長さ方向に前記プ
ログラムに基づく態様で変動させるようにしたことを特
徴とする撚り飾り糸の製造方法。

ドル先端付近で巻き糸を芯糸に撚り付かせて形成された
撚り糸を所要速度で送出する撚り糸送出装置とからなる
撚り飾り糸の製造装置において、 撚り糸の送出速度を低速側及び高速側に変速する変速装
置を前記撚り糸送出装置に付設すると共に、所定プログ
ラムに基づいて撚り糸の送出速度の変速信号を出力する
プログラム設定装置を前記変速装置に連結したことを特
徴とする撚り飾り糸の製造装置。
