Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove dirt on a deck and a tile by combining a brush with a sponge and the like and providing a wiping function to the brush. SOLUTION: A sponge 3 and the like for wiping is combined with a brush 1. In this way, each characteristic is improved mutually. The brush 1 removes dust, dirt and the like accumulated in a groove or an uneven part, and at the same time, the sponge 3, fabric and the like wipes off the dust, dirt and the like. Therefore, a brushing time can be shortened greatly and cleaning can be finished easily. The wiping type brush is formed of bristles of the brush 1 and a soft material such as the sponge 3, fabric, paper and the like provided with quick shape-restoring characteristics against compression and arranged between the brush bristles 2 so as to be integrated with them. Because of this combination of the bristle 2 and the sponge 3, their actions simultaneously turn into a scraping action for taking out dust and dirt accumulated in the tooth groove or the uneven part by means of the bristle points of the brush and a wiping action by the sponge 3 and the like. That is, polishing on the surface and that in the groove is carried out simultaneously, and consequently, a brushing time can be greatly reduced.
