Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for complicated devices such as a purifying device, motor on the like by integrally forming a device to remove suspended matter from a bathtub which causes a sense of uncleanness to anyone without the overflow of hot water and water from the bathtub, to remove most of suspended matter effectively from the surface of hot water by using this device together with water supply, to naturally prevent scales from linearly clinging to the wall surfaces of the bathtub, and to provide conformable environment and a sense of cleanness for a person taking a bath afterwards. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of by integrally forming a drain B in the shape of an eaves trough of a few centimeters in width inside a bathtub A at the time of forming a normal bathtub A and mounting a strainer D to an overflow outlet C. Hot water and water which exceed the drain B in the shape of an eaves trough is drained without exceeding the upper end A of the bathtub, and suspended matter is simultaneously discharged.
