Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 曲がった鋼製のシェルの内側表面に接合されたアルミニウム系又は銅系 の軸受材料の層と、 鉛、スズ、インジウム、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛およびアンチモンの内の少なくと もひとつを構成成分とする表面層とを有する薄壁ベアリングであって、 2マイクロメートル未満の厚さを有して鉄、クロム、ニッケル、コバルト、金 、銀および銅の内の少なくともひとつから成る表面薄膜と、前記表面層の前記構 成成分の少なくともひとつとの反応から、前記表面層に、改変された硬質の耐摩 耗性の露出した表面部が形成されている薄壁ベアリング。 2. 曲がった鋼製のシェルの内側表面に接合されたアルミニウム系又は銅系 の軸受材料の層を有して、該軸受材料層上に、鉛、スズ、インジウム、銅、ニッ ケル、亜鉛およびアンチモンの内の少なくともひとつを構成成分とする表面層が 接合された薄壁ベアリングを製造する方法であって、 2マイクロメートル未満の厚さを有すると共に鉄、クロム、ニッケル、コバル ト、金、銀および銅の内の少なくともひとつから成る表面薄膜を前記表面層の、 最初は未改変の露出した表面部に設ける工程と、 前記表面薄膜の前記の材料を、前記表面層の前記構成成分の少なくともひとつ と反応させることにより該表面層に、改変された硬質の耐摩耗性の露出した表面 部を形成する工程と を有する、薄壁ベアリングの製造方法。 3. 所望割合で前記表面層と該表面薄膜との間の拡散および合金化を許す温 度に前記表面薄膜が加熱されることにより、該表面層の前記構成成分の少なくと もひとつと反応させられる、請求項2記載の方法。 4. 電着、化学蒸着又は物理蒸着による処理工程を用いることにより、前記 表面層の、最初は未改変の露出した表面部上に前記表面薄膜が析出させられる、 請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 5. 請求項2、3又は4に記載の方法により製造された薄壁ベアリング。
