Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配列番号2に示すアミノ酸配列をコードする、単離されたポリヌクレオチド 。 2.(a)配列番号1; (b)配列番号1においてTがUであってもよい配列; (c)前記(a)および(b)に相補的な核酸配列;および (d)少なくとも15塩基の長さであって、かつ配列番号2のアミノ酸配列 をコードするDNAにハイブリダイズする前記(a)、(b)または(c) の断片; からなる群から選択される、単離されたポリヌクレオチド。 3.原核生物から単離されたものである、請求項1に記載のポリヌクレオチド。 4.請求項1に記載のポリヌクレオチドを含む発現ベクター。 5.プラスミドである、請求項4に記載のベクター。 6.ウイルス由来である、請求項4に記載のベクター。 7.請求項4に記載のベクターで形質転換した宿主細胞。 8.原核細胞である、請求項7に記載の宿主細胞。 9.配列番号2のアミノ酸1〜622を含む酵素をコードする、請求項1に記載の ポリヌクレオチド。 10.配列番号1のヌクレオチド1〜1866に示す配列を含む、請求項1に記載の ポリヌクレオチド。 11.(a)配列番号2に示すアミノ酸配列に対して少なくとも70%の同一性を有 するアミノ酸配列を含む酵素; (b)前記(a)の酵素の少なくとも30個のアミノ酸残基を含む酵素;お よび (c)配列番号2に示すアミノ酸配列; からなる群から選択される、実質的に純粋なポリペプチド。 12.請求項11に記載のポリペプチドに結合する抗体。 13.ポリクローナルである、請求項12に記載の抗体。 14.モノクローナルである、請求項12に記載の抗体。 15.請求項7に記載の宿主細胞を核酸の発現を可能にする条件下で増殖させ、そ して該核酸によってコードされる酵素を単離することを含んでなる、酵素の 生産方法。 16.請求項4に記載のベクターで細胞を形質転換またはトランスフェクトして、 該細胞が該ベクターに含まれるDNAによってコードされるポリペプチドを 発現するようにすることを含んでなる、組換え細胞の作製方法。 17.ペプチドまたはペプチドミメティックの合成においてペプチドのN末端から アルギニン、フェニルアラニンまたはメチオニンを除去する方法であって、 ペプチド合成またはペプチド疑似体合成においてペプチドのN末端からアル ギニン、フェニルアラニンまたはメチオニンを除去するのに有効な量の請求 項10に記載の酵素を投与することを含む前記方法。
