Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.工作物(16)加工用工具(15)を受容するための主軸(11)と工作 物(16)を固定するための装置(17)とを備えた工作機械において、 加工工具(29)用交換装置(37)が設けられており、この交換装置が加工工 具(29)を掴み手(38)内で保持し、この掴み手が加工工具を工作物の空所 (21)に横から導入し、そこで加工工具が、主軸(11)によって担持された アダプタ工具(32)に自動的に連結可能であることを特徴とする、工作機械。 2.掴み手(38)が2つのジョー(39)を有し、これらのジョーが加工工 具(32)を軸線方向で保持することを特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載の工作機 械。 3.掴み手(38)が、加工工具(29)を保持するための押上げ可能な係止 手段(58)を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲2記載の工作機械。 4.係止手段(58)が、互いに内側で向き合わせてジョー(39)に配置さ れる2つの玉係止部を含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲3記載の工作機械。 5.掴み手(38)にセンサ(54)が配置されており、加工工具(29)が 適切に掴み手(38)内に受容されているか否かをこのセンサが検知することを 特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4のいずれか1項記載の工作機械。 6.掴み手(38)が保持腕(44)に配置されており、工作物(16)から 引き戻された掴み手(38)をこの保 持腕が装置(17)の領域から上方に旋回させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 1〜5のいずれか1項記載の工作機械。 7.保持腕(44)が行程旋回駆動装置(45)に配置されており、保持腕( 44)の行程(47)の一部(81)の間この駆動装置が保持腕を付加的に強制 的に案内して上方に旋回(46)させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲6記載の 工作機械。 8.行程端位置を監視するための少なくとも1つのセンサ(51)と旋回端位 置を監視するための1つのセンサ(52)が行程旋回駆動装置(45)に設けら れていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲7記載の工作機械。 9.行程旋回駆動装置(45)が、保持腕(44)に結合されたピストン(4 8)を含み、このピストンが回転可能、摺動可能にシリンダ(49)内に嵌め込 まれており、ピストン(48)がその周面(76)に、外向き開口溝(78)の 態様の制御クリス(77)を有し、シリンダ(49)に結合された滑り子(79 )がこの制御クリス内に係合することを特徴とする、請求の範囲7又は8記載の 工作機械。 10.軸線方向及び半径方向で相互にずらされた2つのくぼみ(84、85) がピストン(48)の周面(76)に設けられており、行程端位置のとき第1く ぼみ(85)が、そして旋回端位置のとき第2くぼみ(84)が、それぞれ付属 のセンサ(52、51)と協動することを特徴と する、請求の範囲9記載の工作機械。
