Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも部分的に硬化されているゴム及び熱可塑性樹脂のブレンドを含む 熱可塑性エラストマーにおいて、 A)熱可塑性樹脂 B)無定形のα‐オレフィンホモポリマー(ここで、α‐オレフィンは3〜20個の炭 素原子を持つ)、並びにエチレン及び3〜20個の炭素原子を持つα‐オレフィンに 基いた無定形のα‐オレフィンコポリマーから選ばれた無定形のポリオレフィン 、及び C)少なくとも部分的に硬化されたゴム を含み、ここで、成分B対成分(A+B)の比が15〜75重量%であり、成分Cが (A+B+C)に基いて25〜90重量%であり、かつここで、無定形のポリオレフ ィン(成分B)が未硬化であることを特徴とする熱可塑性エラストマー。 2.熱可塑性樹脂が、少なくとも25%のDSC結晶化度を有することを特徴とする 請求項1記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 3.熱可塑性樹脂が、熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1 又は2記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 4.熱可塑性オレフィン樹脂が、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンのホモポリマ ー又はコポリマーから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3記載の熱可塑性エラス トマー。 5.無定形のポリオレフィンが、無定形のポリプロピレン であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラスト マー。 6.無定形のポリオレフィンが、少なくとも25,000の数平均分子量Mnを有する ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 7.ゴムが、EADM及びブチルゴムの群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項 1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 8.無定形のポリオレフィン対(熱可塑性樹脂+無定形のポリオレフィン)の比 が、20〜70重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の 熱可塑性エラストマー。 9.可とう性ポリオレフィンが、成分(A+B)の組合せのために使用されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 10.ゴムが、15%より多くない量のゴムが抽出可能である程度に硬化されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 11.5%より多くない量のゴムが抽出可能であることを特徴とする請求項10記 載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 12.成分Aの量が、成分(A+B+C)の100部当り10〜25重量%であること を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー。 13.熱可塑性エラストマーが、成分を混合し、そして該ブレンドを動的硬化プ ロセスにかけることにより調製され ることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー を調製する方法。 14.成分A+Bが、それらが他の成分とブレンドされる前に、予め混合される ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 15.成分Bが、成分Cの完全な硬化後に加えられることを特徴とする請求項13 記載の方法。 16.請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマーを含むところ の弾性ファイバー。
