Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.装置(20)を着用した患者に、装置(20)の作動に関連した事象また は条件の発生を信号する電気搬送薬品給付装置(20)において、 前記事象または条件を検知するセンサ(28、48)と、 前記センサ(28、48)に応答して触感信号(Sr)を発生し患者に送信する 触感信号発生器(36)と、 を備えた前記電気搬送薬品給付装置。 2.請求項1において、前記センサ(28、48)および前記触感信号発生器 (36)と導通して、前記信号発生器(36)を制御して前記事象または条件を 前記センサ(28、48)が検知したとき前記触感信号を発生する制御器(56 )を含む電気搬送薬品給付装置(20)。 3.請求項1において、前記センサ(28、48)が貯蔵pH、皮膚抵抗、電 池電圧、印加される電気搬送電流(I)及び/または選択されたイオン(Ag+, H+,OH-)濃度から選択された1つを検知するようにした電気搬送薬品給付装 置(20)。 4.請求項2において、前記検知された事象または条件を所定の値と比較する 比較器(52、62)を備えた電気搬送薬品給付装置。 5.請求項1において、前記事象または条件は皮膚抵抗を含み、前記センサ( 28)は、ドナー及びカウンタ電極(22、38)間の皮膚抵抗に応答して電圧 降下を検知する抵抗センサを含む電気搬送薬品給付装置。 6.請求項1において、前記事象または条件が印加される電気搬送電流(I) を含み、前記センサ(28)が印加電気搬送電流センサを含む電気搬送薬品給付 装置。 7.請求項1において、前記センサ(28、48)は、複数の異なる事象また は条件を検知できる電気搬送薬品給付装置。 8.請求項7において、前記触感信号発生器(36)は、複数の異なる触感信 号(Sr,Sp)を発生して患者に印加し、前記複数の異なる触感信号の各々が前記 複数の異なる事象または条件の1つに対応する電気搬送薬品給付装置。 9.請求項1において、前記触感信号発生器(36)は、患者が感じることの できる大きさと波形をもった電気触感信号電流(Sr)を発生して患者に印加す るようにした電気搬送薬品給付装置。 10.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr)は、異なる長さの周期( P3,P4)を交互にもっている電気搬送薬品給付装置。 11.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr,Sp)は、交流である電 気搬送薬品給付装置。 12.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr,Sp)は、異なる周波数 の周期(P1,P2)を交互にもっている電気搬送薬品給付装置。 13.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr)は、異なる振幅の周期 を交互にもっている電気搬送薬品給付装置。 14.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr)は、実質的に患者に電 気搬送による薬品の給付をしない波形をもっている電気搬送薬品給付装置。 15.請求項9において、前記電気触感信号電流(Sr)は、実質的に患者に電 気搬送による薬品を給付する波形(Ps,Pe)をもっている電気搬送薬品給付装置 (20)。 16.請求項1において、前記触感信号発生器(36)は、患者の皮膚(63 )と接触している圧電変換器(155)を含む電気搬送薬品給付装置。 17.患者により着用された電気搬送薬品給付装置(20)の作動に関連した 事象または条件の発生を前記患者に信号する方法において、 前記事象または条件を検知すること、 検知された前記事象または条件に応じて触感信号(Sr)を発生すること、 前記患者に前記触感信号(Sr)を送ること、 を含む前記方法。 18.請求項17の方法において、前記検知された事象または条件は、貯蔵p H、皮膚抵抗、電池電圧、印加される電気搬送電流(I)及び/または選択され たイオン(Ag+,H+,OH)濃度から選択されたものである前記方法。 19.請求項17の方法において、さらに検知された事象または条件は、それ についての所定の値と比較することを含む前記方法。 20.請求項17の方法において、前記事象または条件は、皮膚抵抗を含み、 前記検知は、ドナー及びカウンタ電極(22、28)間の電圧降下を検知するこ とを含む前記方法。 21.請求項17の方法において、前記事象または条件は、印加される電気搬 送電流(I)を含む前記方法。 22.請求項17の方法において、複数の異なる事象または条件を検知するこ とを含む前記方法。 23.請求項22の方法において、各々が前記複数の異なる事象または条件の 1つに対応する複数の異なる触感信号(Sr,Sp)を発生して、それを患者に送る ことを含む前記方法。 24.請求項17の方法において、前記触感信号を患者に送ることは、患者が 感じることのできる大きさと波形をもった電気触感信号電流(Sr)を患者に印加 することによりなされる前記方法。 25.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、交流電流であ る前記方法。 26.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、異なる長さの 周期を交互にもっている前記方法。 27.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、異なる周波数 の周期を交互にもっている前記方法。 28.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、異なる振幅の 周期を交互にもっている前記方法。 29.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、実質的に患者 に電気搬送による薬品の給付をしない波形をもっている前記方法。 30.請求項24の方法において、前記触感信号電流(Sr)は、患者に電気搬 送による薬品の給付をする波形(Ps,Pe)をもっている前記方法。 31.請求項16の方法において、前記触感信号(Sr)は、患者の皮膚と接触 する圧電変換器(155)により発生され印加される前記方法。 32.請求項16の方法において、前記触感信号(Sr)は、患者の皮膚と接触 する電磁力学的変換器(155)により発生され印加される前記方法。
