Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱交換器エレメント(11)のパック(10)を有する熱交換器セクション (17)からなる熱交換器−なおこれは、好適には、熱交換が排出空気および導 入空気(U,I)の間で行われるよう構成された送風機装置内の空気調和用に意 図されている−であって、 排出または導入空気(U,I)のいずれか一方は熱交換器を通る乱れのない層 流を有するように構成され、一方他方の空気流は熱交換器セクション(17)内 を少なくとも2回通過するように構成されると共に1つの空気流は各隣接するエ レメント(11)の間を通過するように構成され、前記エレメント(11)は互 いに離反する面を有する2つの薄い壁板(13,14)からなり、 エレメントの内面は断面を通し互いに対向して導通溝(15)を形成し、そし て エレメント(11)は、その2つの隣接エレメント(11)の対向する平らな 外面の間に配置されるストリップ(16,16A)手段を介して一方の空気流の ための隙間状流動経路(12)を形成し、一方他方の空気流は各エレメント(1 1)内の前記導通溝(15)内を案内されるように構成されている熱交換器にお いて、 少なくとも1つのストリップ(16,16A)が、エレメント(11)の少な くとも1つの対向する外面に固定されることを特徴とする熱交換器。 2.ストリップ(16,16A)の中の或るストリップ(16)はエレメント( 11)の対向する外側の双方に固定され、一方これら或るストリップ(16)の 間に位置する複数のストリップ(16A)は1つのエレメント(11)の外面に 固定されるのみであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。 3.熱交換器セクション(17)の一側部におけるストリップ(16,16A) の端縁部は、熱交換器セクションの隣接する2つの接合チャンバ(19,22) の中の1つに位置する閉塞手段(24,28)に連結されて排出空気のための仕 切り(25,26)を形成することにより、空気流のために、熱交換器セクショ ン(17)を少なくとも2つのステップ(20,21,x,y,z,a,b,c ,d)に分割することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。 4.熱交換器セクション(17)が排出空気仕切りによって第一ステップ(20 )と第二ステップ(21)とに分割され、ダンパ(24)形式の閉塞部材(24 ,28)が第一接合チャンバ(19)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3 記載の熱交換器。 5.熱交換器セクション(17)が2つの排出空気仕切り(25,26)によっ て3つのステップ(x,y,z)に分割され、第一排出空気仕切り(25)内の ダンパ(24)形式の閉塞部材(24,28)が第二接合チャンバ(22)内に 配置されると共に第二排出空気仕切り(26)内のダンパ(24)形式の閉塞部 材(24,28)が第一接合チャンバ(19)内に配置されることを特徴とする 請求項3記載の熱交換器。 6.熱交換器セクション(17)が3つの排出空気仕切り(25,26,30) によって4つのステップ(a,b,c,d)に分割され、第一排出空気仕切り( 25)内のダンパ(24)形式の閉塞部材(24,28)が第一接合チャンバ( 19)内に配置されまた第二排出空気仕切り(26)内のダンパ(24)形式の 閉塞部材(24,28)が第一接合チャンバ(19)内に配置されまた更に第三 排出空気仕切り(30)内の空気壁(28)形式の閉塞部材(24,28)が第 二接合チャンバ(22)内に配置され、そして第三排出空気仕切り(30)は第 一排出空気仕切り(25)と第二排出空気仕切り(26)との間に配置されるこ とを特徴とする請求項3記載の熱交換器。 7.板(11)の壁厚(T)は約0.05〜0.80mmであることを特徴とす る請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 8.導通溝(15)は約2.0〜6.0mmの深さ(Dc)と約3〜25mm、 好適には6mmの幅(Wc)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれ かに記載の熱交換器。 9.溝状の流動経路(12)は約2.0〜6.0mm、好適には2.3〜2.5 mmの深さ(Dp)を有し、この深さ(Dp)はストリップ(16,16A)に よって画定され、そしてこのストリップの横断面は好適には円形であって、その 力により熱交換器パック(10)が結合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8 のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 10.熱交換器セクション(17)は、このセクション内に挿通されて熱交換器 エレメント(11)の間に密封される排出空気仕切り(25,26,30)を介 して、任意適宜のステップに分割されるよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項 1乃至9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
