Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lead wire from being disconnected or damaged by providing a reinforcing member that continues in the longitudinal direction of a stator frame and attaching a lead wire for measurement to the reinforcing member in the lead wire-protecting device of a rotating machine. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 2 that continues in the longitudinal direction is mounted to a stator frame 1 of a rotating machine to prevent vibration, and a lead wire 3 is accommodated at and attached to a space that is formed between the reinforcing member 2 and the stator frame 1. More specifically, L-shaped steel that is the reinforcing member 2 is mounted to the stator frame 1 by welding, the lead wire 3 is accommodated in a space formed between the stator frame 1 and the reinforcing member 2.
