Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a decorative surface sheet, and more particularly, to decoratively finish the surface of a base material (hereinafter referred to as a base material) of an interior material such as a furniture material, a wall material of a building, and a pillar material. The present invention relates to a sheet-like wood-like thin plate used.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in order to reduce the weight and economically manufacture various kinds of wooden furniture, a decorative thin plate is coated on the surface of a base material made of wood or a mixture of wood powder and resin. A method of commercializing products by bonding and finishing is widely used. The above-mentioned thin plate for surface decoration is made of a raw material obtained by sawing oak, oak, ash, ebony, ebony, etc., having a predetermined length and width into a columnar shape, and having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.45 mm. A sheet of slicing wood is attached to the back side of the wood board, which is sliced to a certain degree, and the sheet is used to cover the surface of the base material. Is issued.

In addition, since the area of the timber plate is insufficient to cover the entire surface of the base material, it is necessary to connect the timber plate in the grain direction or in the direction perpendicular to the grain to increase the width and length.

Paste, and then line up the backing boards in the vertical direction and match the edges of the original mouth (the edge closer to the root of the wood) and the edge of the end edge (the edge used for the branches and leaves of the wood) to each other It is performed by a method of joining, but when the side edges extending in the grain direction are simply joined to each other and joined, no apparent discomfort is caused. However, when the base edge and the end edge are simply butt-joined, irregularities in the grain are conspicuous at the straight butting line extending in the width direction as a boundary, and a sense of incongruity is remarkably left.

After slicing the raw materials described above in a slice of 0.2 to 0.35 mm in thickness and aligning several wood plates 22 in the width direction, reinforcing paper 23
For example, a vinyl acetate emulsion is applied to the entire surface of the substrate and bonded to the reinforcing paper 23 to form a wide backing plate 24. As the reinforcing paper 23, Japanese paper having a thickness of about 0.1 mm, which is excellent in hygroscopicity, tensile strength, and flexibility, is used. Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the length of each tooth is set to about 25 to 30 mm and the pitch P is set to about 10 mm at the base edge and the end edge of each backing plate 24, 24. Thus, the crests 25 and the valleys 26 of the teeth facing each other form a saw-tooth-shaped butt joint 27 in which the teeth 25 and the valleys 26 can be fitted to each other. Subsequently, as shown in FIG.
After fitting the ridges 25 and the valleys 26 of the connecting portion 27 of the connecting portion 27 and abutting them, the reinforcing portion 23 on the back side of the reinforcing paper 23 of the connecting portion 27 as shown in FIG. Like the paper 23, a long surface decorative sheet 2 is formed by bonding and connecting a tape-shaped connecting paper 28 having a thickness of about 0.04 to 0.065 mm, which is excellent in hygroscopicity, tensile strength and flexibility.

As shown in FIG. 10, since a tape-shaped connection paper 28 exists at the connection portion 27 of the surface decorative sheet 21, when the surface of the base material 10 is covered with the surface decorative sheet 21, As shown in FIG.
However, there is a problem that, although slightly, a local bulge occurs on the surface of the base material 10, and the bulge portion appears as a step depending on the condition of light.
In addition, the presence of the tape-shaped connection paper 28 on the back surface side of the connection portion 27 causes a problem that when the connection portion 27 is located at a corner of the base material 10, it cannot be firmly bonded to the base material. Therefore, before or after laminating the surface decorative sheet 21 to the base material 10, it is necessary to grind and grind the surface side or the back side of the connection portion 27 of the surface decorative sheet 21 with sandpaper or the like. Was.

The above problem was solved by attaching a long connection sheet to the entire surface of the reinforcing paper. That is, the surface decorative sheet of the present invention has a thickness of about 0.1 obtained by slicing columnar wood.
~ 0.35mm thickness on the back of 0.35mm wood plate
mm reinforced paper is laminated to form a backing board, and a serrated connection consisting of peaks and valleys is formed at the edges of the base and end of the backing board. The peaks and valleys of the connecting portions of the pasting plate are fitted and connected to each other, and the entire back surface of the reinforcing paper of the connected backing plate has a length of approximately 0.05 to 0.5 mm long. The connection sheet is bonded, and the connection portions of the front and rear backing boards are connected in an inseparable state.

In addition, as a long connection sheet to be bonded to the back surface of the reinforcing paper, various thin sheets having a strength and flexibility similar to that of the reinforcing paper and having a thickness of about 0.05 to 0.5 mm, for example, It can be used for wet non-woven fabric, dry non-woven fabric, spun-bonded non-woven fabric, non-combustible sheet, woven fabric, knitted fabric or net fabric, and for applications that require suppression of transmission of liquids, gases, chemicals, etc. It is preferable to use a resin film or a metal foil as the connection sheet.

Therefore, even if the surface of the base material 10 is covered, the connection portion 7 does not locally rise on the surface of the base material 10, and the surface of the base material 10 can be finished to a uniform plane. Therefore, unlike a conventional sheet for surface makeup, a modification process such as shaving and polishing is not required when affixing to the base material, and the surface makeup of the base material can be performed efficiently.

However, it becomes a supple surface decorative sheet 1 having a sufficient tensile strength, and evenly adheres not only to the flat portion of the base material 10 but also to the corner portion, and the makeup coating work becomes easy.
