Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a plurality of rows of metal roofings having a surface facing press shape to arrange them in the direction of the width, overlap them each other, promote heat insulation efficiency preventing the condensation on the rear sides of them by thermal insulating materials backed and adhered to the rear sides of the metal roofings roofed by combining them with each other and sound absorption efficiency reducing rain noises caused by raining sound and, at the same time, to prevent the incursion of rain water, etc., into the rear sides of the roofings from a lap joint section in a water-tight state. SOLUTION: Viscoelastic damping material 4c and synthetic resin foam 4a or rubber foam 4b are monolithically backed and adhered to almost the whole of the rear sides 3 of metal roofings A and B, and in a lap joint between the metal roofings A and B, and batten and roof substrate are fastened with screws to fix through the metal roofings A and B at an interval in the joint direction. By the constitution, damping efficiency is promoted by the viscoelastic damping material 4c, thermal insulating efficiency is promoted by the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b, the viscoelastic dampling material 4c and synthetic resin foam 4a or rubber foam 4b are bound by clamping pressure, and they can be fixed by overlapping them in a water-tight state in the lap joint section.

2. Description of the Related Art In a building, roofing materials made of thin sheet metal are supplied to the market. Such metal roofs are arranged side by side in a flow direction and a girder direction, and a part of an adjacent roofing sheet is polymerized. The roof is constructed by constructing the roof while combining them to connect. Problems with such metal roofing materials are rainfall noise due to rain noise and dew condensation on the back surface of the roof plate body. Therefore, in the conventional metal roofing material, a foamed molded body made of urethane foam resin or other material is integrally attached to the back surface of the roofing board main body to achieve heat insulation and noise reduction of the roofing board.

A conventional example of this type will be described below with reference to FIG. 5. Reference numerals 31a and 31b denote roof boards A and B, respectively. The design surface 32a on the front surface is coated, and the urethane foam resin 33 on the back surface 32b of the roof board. Is attached by integrally foaming and filling, and the back surface material 34 of the aluminum foil is provided on the back surface of the foam body for substituting the mold during molding and for protecting the surface of the foam body 33 after manufacturing. It is set up. Further, the roof plates A and B are fitted in the flow direction at the overlapping connection portion 36,
The foam 33 and the back material 34 are not attached to the back surface 36b of the roof plate main body in the upper stage of the overlapping connection portion. As a conventional example of this type, there is Japanese Patent No. 2709022.

However, the conventional roofing material having such a structure has the following problems. (1) It is molded by integrally foaming and filling a foam molding 33 made of urethane foam resin or other material between the back surface 32b of the roof plate main body and the back material 34 of aluminum foil or other material. A large-scale device and a large production line are required to suppress the internal pressure during heating and heat-cure. (2) In the overlapping connection portion 36 between the roof plate main bodies, its watertightness is a problem, and conventionally, a heat resistant and watertight sealing material different from that of the foamed molded body 33 is required between the upper and lower roofing materials,
This led to higher costs, including work costs. (3) The foaming liquid and the curing agent, which are organic solvents, require management such as temperature control during production and storage in a cool and dark place, and the management and handling thereof have been extremely difficult. (4) The roof material formed on the back surface 32b by foaming the foamed molded body 33 made of urethane foam resin or other material is
Since the thickness increases significantly, the amount of roofing material that can be transported by one truck at the same time decreases, so-called loading efficiency decreases, and a larger truck is required, and the roof is actually constructed from the factory shipment. Fares to the site are bulky, leading to higher costs for the entire roofing material. There was a problem such as.

In addition, in the overlap connection portion 6, the self-drilling screw 5 penetrates the portions of the metal roof boards A, 1a and B, 1b which are closely overlapped and connected to each other, and is attached to the pier 8 and the roof base 7. The butyl rubber-based viscoelastic damping material 4c and the rubber foam body 4b such as ethylene propylene rubber, which are fixed by tightening, are closely bonded to each other by the tightening force of the screw 5 to about 1/10 or less of the initial thickness. Therefore, it is watertightly fixed at the polymerization connection portion 6,
The effect can be continued.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it has the following effects. (1) According to the present invention, as described above, the viscoelastic damping material 4c and the synthetic resin foam body 4a are integrated on substantially the entire back surface 3 of the metal roofing materials A and B which are the lower and upper steps during construction. Alternatively, in the overlapping connection portion 6 of the metal roofing materials A and B, which are lined with the viscoelastic vibration damping material 4c and the rubber foam body 4b integrally arranged, and overlapped with each other, the screws 5 are spaced in the connection direction. Since it penetrates through the metal roofing materials A and B and is fastened and fixed to the pier 8 and the roof base 7,
By virtue of the tightening force of the screws 5, the viscoelastic damping material 4c lined on the back surface 3 of the metal roofing materials A and B and the synthetic resin foam body 4a or the rubber foam body 4b are tightly and pressure-bonded to each other, and watertight at the polymerization connection portion. Can be fixed by stacking on. (2) Since the viscoelastic damping material 4c having elasticity and the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b are integrally lined on the back surface of the metal roof material, roll molding or press molding of the metal roof material can be performed. Since it can be adhered to the back surface of the flat plate before it is performed, it does not require a special large-scale device or a large production line. Therefore, the roof material can be constructed at a low cost. (3) Since the back surface of the metal roof material is integrally lined with the viscoelastic damping material 4c and the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b, the viscoelastic damping material 4c provides vibration damping and sound deadening effects. With the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b, the heat insulating effect can be combined. (4) Further, since the mass of the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b is not expected to have the vibration damping and sound deadening effects, the thickness of the synthetic resin foam 4a or the rubber foam 4b is small. Therefore, the fare from the manufacturing factory of the roofing material to the actual construction site can be low, and the overall roofing material can be constructed at a low cost.
