TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device for the treatment of human tissues.

More particularly, the invention relates to a device for the treatment of vaginal and / or anal tissues for domestic use, for the improvement of the functional and aesthetic conditions of the vaginal and anal structures.

STATE OF THE PRIOR ART

Nowadays people pay more and more attention to the care of their body's health and aesthetics, and in particular among women the use of specific treatments to restore the functional and aesthetic conditions of vaginal and also anal tissues is growing.

In fact, these tissues are affected by the normal physiological processes of aging and are also affected by the effects of pregnancies and births, or by disorders, which can compromise their functionality and appearance. These factors contribute to determining, among other things, a decrease in the tone and turgor of these tissues, dryness, excessive pigmentation, changes in shape and relaxation of the vaginal and anal walls and structures, and can also lead to incontinence.

The resulting discomforts for women are both of a functional / physical nature, for example due to the onset of localized pain during normal driving or sports activities and during sexual intercourse, and psychological, for example related, in interpersonal relationships, to be less attractive due to the general worsening of the aesthetic appearance of the pubic area, and to the decrease or loss of sexual satisfaction.

Various types of equipment used on an outpatient basis by specialized operators are known to carry out functional restoration and rejuvenation treatments of vaginal and anal tissues, without resorting to invasive surgical interventions.

Such outpatient equipment normally includes a separate control and power supply unit, a handpiece for the emission of pulses (laser, electric, radio frequency, and others), which a specialized operator uses on the patient by placing it at contact of the tissues to be treated, even by inserting a portion of it inside the genital and anal orifices for a certain stretch. 1 / operator is adequately prepared to check the unit and to correctly position and move the handpiece during outpatient treatments.

However, known equipment has disadvantages, mainly due to the fact that it necessarily requires the presence of a specialized operator,

In fact, since these treatments involve particularly delicate and intimate areas such as the vaginal and anal guella, the obligatory presence of the operator can create embarrassment and discomfort for the patients, so much so that some of them may even decide not to perform them, consequently renouncing to improve their aesthetic and health status,

Furthermore, the necessary presence of a specialized operator consequently determines high final costs of the treatments.

To these costs are obviously added also those incurred by the patients to go to the clinic, and the waste of time necessary for such movements must then be considered.

Moreover, known types of apparatus have considerable bulk, above all due to the size of the main unit, and high production costs.

AIMS OF THE INVENTION

The technical task of the present invention is to improve the state of the art.

Within the scope of this technical task, it is an object of the present invention to develop a device for the treatment of human tissues that can be used directly and comfortably by the user in the home, so as to safely allow functional and aesthetic restoration in particular of vaginal and / or anal structures, without requiring the presence of foreign operators who can create discomfort, and without going to clinics.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for the treatment of human tissues having a reduced overall dimensions and which can be used in a comfortable and versatile way.

A further object of the present invention is to make available a device characterized by low costs and simple and effective use.

This aim and these aims are all achieved by the device for the treatment of human tissues according to the attached claim 1.

The device for the treatment of human tissues, such as vaginal and / or anal tissues, comprises at least one main body defining at least one surface for gripping by the user, at least one operating head suitable for contact with such tissues, at least one radiofrequency generator enslaved to at least one control computer both housed within the main body, and at least one power supply unit.

The aforementioned operating head is equipped with at least one emitting element associated at least with the radiofrequency generator for the emission of radiofrequency waves suitable for tissue treatment.

The dependent claims refer to advantageous embodiments of the invention.

FORMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION.

With reference to Figure 1, 1, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes only, indicates a device for the treatment of human tissues according to the present invention.

The device 1 for the treatment of human tissues, such as vaginal and / or anal tissues, comprises at least one main body 2 defining at least one gripping surface 3 by the user, at least one operating head 4 suitable for contact with such tissues, at least a radio frequency generator 5 enslaved to at least one control processor 6 both housed within the main body 2, and at least one power supply unit 7.

The aforementioned operating head 4 is equipped with at least one emitter element 8 associated at least with the radiofrequency generator 5 for the emission of radiofrequency waves suitable for the treatment of tissues.

The device 1 can have a substantially cylindrical and / or substantially elongated symmetry conformation, as shown in figure 1, and / or substantially ovule, as shown in figure 2, and / or an anal plug, as shown in figure 3 Or the device 1 can have any other anatomical conformation.

The devices 1 represented in figure 2 and in figure 3 differ from the device 1 represented in figure 1 exclusively for the conformation, including all the other characteristics.

In a possible embodiment of the device 1, the aforementioned at least one emitter element 8 is substantially shaped like a ring located on the surface around the operating head 4 and associated at least with the radio frequency generator 5.

Or, in another possible embodiment of the device 1, the emitter element 8 is substantially shaped like a plate located in correspondence with a portion of the surface of the operating head 4 and associated at least with the radiofrequency generator 5. In further forms embodiment of the device 1, the latter comprises a distribution of emitting elements 8 located in correspondence with portions of the surface of the operating head 4 and associated at least with the radiofrequency generator 5.

The emitting elements 8 are made of a material suitable for the emission of radiofrequency waves, for example of metallic material. The emitting elements 8 are located on the surface of the operating head 4, so as to be directly in contact with the tissues during the treatments.

The device 1 can also comprise means for tissue phototherapy.

In particular, these phototherapy means comprise a plurality of red and / or infrared light LEDs 9 distributed over portions of the surface of the operating head 4.

As shown in the figures, different embodiments of the operating head 4 are provided, which can comprise a distribution of emitting elements 8 only, even if differently shaped, or a distribution of emitting elements 8 and LEDs 9.

For example, the head 4 can comprise a distribution of only emitting elements 8 consisting of two rings, as can be seen in figures 1, 2 and 3.

In another solution, the head 4 can comprise a distribution of emitting elements 8 consisting of an apical plate and two rings, as can be seen in figures 4 and 5.

Figures 6, 7 and 9 show possible embodiments of the operating head 4 comprising different combinations of emitting elements 8 and LEDs 9 differently distributed.

Obviously, further embodiments of the head 4 can be provided, with different distribution of emitting elements 8 and / or LEDs 9, not shown in the figures.

Furthermore, the device 1 can comprise at least one vibration generator 10 housed within the main body 2, for transmitting vibrations to the tissues. This vibration generator is for example constituted by an oscillating electric motor enslaved to the control computer 6.

The device 1 comprises at least one control button 11.

Alternatively, the device 1 can comprise a plurality of buttons 11 for controlling the functions of the device 1.

The device may further comprise a display 12 at least for displaying information.

This display 12 can also be of the touch screen type, so as to be able to control the functions of the device 1 as an alternative to the buttons 11.

The buttons 11 and the display 12 are suitably located in an area of the main body 2 substantially opposite the operating head 4, so as not to be an obstacle during the treatments.

Or the buttons 11 and the display 12 can be provided on a remote control with reduced dimensions, such as to be comfortably gripped and controlled with one hand, and connected by cables or by any type of wireless connection. This remote control is not shown in the figures.

Or the device 1 can be controlled with a portable device, such as a mobile phone, for example by means of a dedicated application.

The control processor 6 is able to operate at least one treatment program chosen by the user from a plurality of pre-set programs and / or even inserted by the user himself.

The control computer 6 allows the selective actuation of the emitting elements 8, of the LEDs 9 and of the vibration generator 10 according to the program chosen by the user.

The aforementioned power supply unit 7 can comprise a replaceable battery, or a rechargeable battery, or can be connected to an electrical network; for example, the device 1 may comprise a support and recharge base which can be connected to the electrical network. The base is not shown in the figures.

A closing element 13 may be provided, located on the opposite side with respect to the operating head 4, for accessing the inside of the main body 2, for example for replacing the battery.

This closing element 13 can be of the ring nut or plug type, with threaded or interlocking coupling, and the like.

In further possible embodiments of the device, not shown in the figures, the buttons 11 can be located on the closing element 13 having a suitable shape; or the closing element 13 itself can consist of a multi-position rotating selector for controlling the functions of the device 1.

The main body 2 is made of a suitable inert, hypoallergenic and non-toxic material.

The operation of the device 1 according to the invention is intuitive.

In particular for radiofrequency treatment, the user prepares in advance the area to be treated by applying a conductive gel.

The preferred use of the device 1 according to the present invention relates, as described, to the treatment of vaginal and anal tissues, for the prevention, restoration and maintenance of the healthy physiological processes of such tissues.

The device 1 is suitable for the painless and non-invasive treatment of vaginal and / or anal tissues by the user himself in the home.

The notable improvement of the external pubic aspect, determined by a substantial rejuvenation of the tissues, and the functional restoration of the vaginal and anal structures obtained by means of the device 1, allows the consequent improvement of the quality of life and sexual relations of the user.

As seen, the device 1 is of the type for domestic use, ie used directly by the user, without the intervention of an external operator and without the user having to go to an outpatient clinic.

Furthermore, the device for the treatment of human tissues 1 comprises all the components housed within the main body 2, therefore it does not require a bulky control unit in its own right as happens for known devices, and consequently has reduced dimensions and can be used in a comfortable and versatile way.

It has thus been seen how the invention achieves the proposed aims.

In the event that the technical characteristics mentioned in the attached claims are followed by reference numbers, these reference numbers are introduced with the sole purpose of increasing the clarity of the claims and consequently the aforementioned reference numbers do not have a limiting effect on the interpretation of each element identified as an example by such reference numbers.
