La presente domanda ha per oggetto un dispositivo di aggancio per elementi di rinvio, particolarmente per lacci di calzature sportive quali scarponi da telemark, da roccia, da alpinismo o da trekking. Il compito e gli scopi sopra accennati nonché altri che più chiaramente appariranno in seguito vengono raggiunti da un dispositivo di aggancio per elementi di rinvio particolarmente per lacci di calzature caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere una base associabile alla tomaia in prossimità di un lembo da riunire di detta calzatura a cui sono amovibilmente e selettivamente associabili detti elementi di rinvio per detti lacci. Claims

RI VENDICATIONS 1) Hooking device for transmission elements particularly for shoe laces characterized in that it comprises a base, which can be associated with the upper near a flap of said shoe to be joined, to which said transmission elements for said laces can be removably and selectively associated .

2) Hooking device for transmission elements particularly for shoe laces as in claim 1, characterized by the fact that said base has a polygonal shape, preferably rectangular, comprising means for stable coupling to said flap of said shoe, said means being preferably constituted from a shank projecting transversely and inferiorly to said base in a median position allowing it to be associated with said upper, for example by riveting or stitching or riveting.

3) Hooking device as per claims 1 and 2 characterized by the fact that said base has two shoulders above, along the longitudinal edges, protruding laterally from it, which have a curved hook shape with the free ends facing each other and such to be determined, with said base itself, a guide adapted to allow the insertion, by sliding, of said return element.

4) Hooking device as per claims 1 and 3, characterized in that said base has, at one edge, an abutment band protruding from it and joining said shoulders, said band temporarily blocking said return element to said base.

5) Coupling device as per claims 1 and 4 characterized by the fact that said return element is constituted by a plate, which has, on two non-consecutive sides, two fins, of a thickness less than that of said plate itself and such as to allowing the guided insertion of said entire plate between said shoulders.

6) Coupling device as in claims 1 and 5, characterized in that said plate has a first hole, in correspondence with which an annular groove is formed on the surface of said plate facing said base.

7) Hooking device as in claims 1 and 6, characterized in that said return element comprises a means for interconnection to said lace which can be positioned in a removable and rotatable manner within said first hole.

8) Coupling device as per claims 1 and 7 characterized in that said interconnection means is constituted by a small cylinder, having a diameter equal to that of said first hole, having an annular base counter-shaped to said groove and a hemispherical head comprising, transversely with respect to the axis of said cylinder, a second hole.

9) Hooking device as per claims 1 and 8 characterized by the fact that said plate has, in the area facing said base and near the edge opposite to the insertion one, a boss and that said base has a counter-shaped seat, for the temporary coupling of said plate with said base.

10) Hooking device, as per claims 1 and 9, characterized in that said upper is associated, according to known technique and in proximity to a flap of said shoe to be joined, the shank of a plurality of said bases, said elements of transmission being associable with said bases by inserting said tabs of said plate in said sliding guides.

11) Hooking device as per claims 1, 6, 7, 9 and 10 characterized by the fact that said return element is constituted by said plate and by an interconnection means, shaped like a hook, for the insertion of said lace into it of said shoe.

12) Hooking device as per claims 1, 6, 7, 9 and 10 characterized by the fact that said return element is constituted by said plate having, near the edge opposite to that of insertion of said plate in said base, a hook mad associate.

13) Hooking device for transmission elements particularly for shoe laces as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
