SUMMARY

The present application relates to an anatomical adaptation device for sports shoes of the type comprising a soft innerboot.

The device, slidingly associated with a shell or a reinforcing element, is comprised of a pair of L or T-shaped appendages, which at least partially affect the ankle area.

These appendages interact with means for positioning them with respect to said inner shoe.

DESCRIPTION

The present application relates to an anatomical adaptation device for sports shoes, in particular of the type comprising a soft innerboot.

Today it is known to produce sports shoes, such as for example ski boots or roller or ice skates, which essentially consist of a shell and at least one quarter, rigid as they are made by injection of thermoplastic material, inside which it is placed a soft shoe designed to improve comfort for the user.

Nowadays there are many types of shoes to be applied internally to sports shoes: some of them are usually sewn and assembled on the last by means of an assembly that provides, sequentially, the perimeter seam of an internal insole, the insertion of the last, the coating of a glue, the reactivation of the latter by heating, the gluing of an insole by pressing and then the extraction from the last.

It is also known to produce shoes having a strobel seam on the perimeter edge of the sole for fixing the upper.

Finally, shoes are known which have, at the upper perimeter edge, a stiffening collar, which usually protrudes beyond the upper perimeter edge of the quarter associated with the shell.

All these known types of shoes have drawbacks, essentially due to the fact that they provide an adaptation to the universal fit for all the different anatomical conformations of the foot, while in some cases it is required, in particular as regards the malleolus areas, or in general of the ankle, particular adaptations due to the specific anatomical conformation.

Patent US 4,019,266 is known as a partial solution to this drawback, in which a ski boot is illustrated on the inner shoe of which, in correspondence with the malleolus area, a seat for an insert has a desired characteristic of compliance or a volute. conformation, in order to increase the comfort in this area.

However, this solution also has drawbacks, in that it is necessary to have numerous inserts, different in shape or material or in compliance with characteristics, which must be selected and applied according to the specific anatomical conformations of the user; furthermore, these inserts are easily subject to being lost in case of extraction of the liner or during the extraction of the foot from the shell or during application to the liner.

Internal shoes are also known to which an insert can be associated, in correspondence with a predisposed pocket obtained on the external lateral surface above the malleolus area.

However, this solution also has the drawbacks mentioned above.

The main task of what forms the subject of the present application is therefore to solve the technical problems highlighted, eliminating the drawbacks of the aforementioned known art, and therefore devising an inner shoe for sports shoes which has an anatomical adaptation device to the conformation of the foot of the shoe. user, in particular of the ankle areas.

Within the scope of the aforementioned aim, another important object is to provide a device which allows to achieve the desired anatomical adaptation even in the case of extraction or manipulation of the shoe.

Another important object is to provide a device which allows the selected degree of anatomical adaptation to be varied.

Another important object is to provide a device whose degree of adaptation can be viewed by the user.

Another object is to provide an anatomical adaptation device whose components are not subject to possible loss by the user in the phases preceding or following the functional requirements for achieving the adaptation itself.

Another object is to obtain a device which can be easily activated by the user.

Not least object is to provide a device which is structurally simple, the same having low manufacturing costs.

The above mentioned aim and objects, as well as others which will appear more clearly later, are achieved by an anatomical adaptation device for sports shoes comprising a shell within which a soft innerboot can be removably inserted, which is characterized by the fact that said device is slidably associated with said shell or with a reinforcing element and consists of at least a pair of appendages involving at least partially the area of the ankles, said copy of appendages being substantially L or T-shaped and interacting with means for the selective positioning of said pair of appendages with respect to said inner shoe.

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the detailed description of a particular, but not exclusive, embodiment, illustrated by way of non-limiting example, in the attached table of drawings in which:

fig. 1 shows, in a three-quarter side view, the inner shoe with the pair of appendages;

fig. 2 shows, in a rear view, the shoe. With reference to the aforementioned figures, the anatomical adaptation device can be associated with an inner shoe 201, particularly for sports shoes such as ski boots or skates, ice skates or wheels, not shown in the figure.

This inner shoe 201 is made of soft material, with it being advantageously associated with a reinforcing element 202 or a shell.

The anatomical adaptation device is interposed between the reinforcing element 202 and the inner shoe

201 in the area adjacent to and above the user's heel, resulting symmetrical with respect to an average plane longitudinal to the inner shoe 201.

This anatomical adaptation device consists of a pair of appendages 203a and 203b which, in the solution illustrated in the attached drawing table, have a substantially L-shaped conformation; alternatively, this conformation can be a T or a C.

The appendages 203a and 203b consist of a first upper flap, indicated with the numbers 204a and 204b, which extends parallel to the user's tibia in an area behind the malleolus, and a second lower flap 205a and 205b, facing the 206 toe of shoe 201.

During use, each appendix 203a and 203b envelops the user's malleolus laterally and inferiorly.

These appendages 203a and 203b are connected to each other, in correspondence with the first upper fins 204a and 204b, by a transverse bridge 207.

The adaptation device comprises means for its selective positioning with respect to the ankle, said means preferably constituted by a rigid spoiler 208, projecting at one end beyond the upper perimeter edge 209 of the reinforcing element 202.

This spoiler has a stem 210 connected to the free end with the transverse bridge 207.

The support element 202 has, in a central position, in the part overlying the user's heel, a longitudinal opening 211, which starts from the lower perimeter edge 212 of the support element 202 and covers part of the height thereof.

The opening 211 has a width slightly greater than that of the shank 210.

On the side of said openings 211, two slots 213a and 213b parallel to each other are made on said reinforcing element 202.

The assembly of the device provides for the insertion of the appendages 203a and 203b in the slots 213a and 213b, arranging the bridge 207 outside the support element 202 and then passing the stem 210 inside the support element 202, through the opening 211.

In this way, the pair of appendages is positioned inside the support element in correspondence with the ankle of the user who can, by acting on the spoiler, adjust the entire device, adapting it to his own anatomical conformation.

The visualization from the outside of the position reached by the jumper 207 allows it to be memorized, using it for subsequent uses of the sports shoe.

CLAIMS 1) Anatomical adaptation device for sports shoes comprising a shell within which a soft innerboot can be removably inserted, which is characterized by the fact that said device is slidingly associated with said shell or with a reinforcing element and consists of at least one a pair of appendages involving at least partially the area of the ankles, said copy of appendages being substantially L or T-shaped and interacting with means for the selective positioning of said pair of appendages with respect to said inner shoe. 2) Device as in claim 1 which is characterized in that it is interposed between said reinforcing element and inner shoe in the area adjacent to and above the user's heel, said device being symmetrical with respect to an average plane longitudinal to said inner shoe itself . 3) Device as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized in that it comprises a pair of appendages, having an L or T or C conformation, consisting of a first upper flap, which extends parallel to the user's tibia in an area behind the malleolus, and a second lower flap, facing the tip of said inner shoe. 4) Device according to claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that said appendages are connected to each other, in correspondence with said first upper fins, by at least one transverse bridge. 5) Device according to claims 1 and 4 which is characterized in that said means for its selective positioning with respect to the ankle are preferably constituted by a rigid spoiler, projecting at one end beyond the upper perimeter edge of said reinforcing element. 6) Device according to claims 1 and 5 which is characterized by the fact that said spoiler has a stem connected to the free end with said transverse bridge. 7) Device as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized by the fact that said support element has, in a central position, in the part overlying the user's heel, a longitudinal opening, which starts from the lower perimeter edge of said support element itself and affects part of the height of the same. 8) Device as per claims 1 and 7 which is characterized by the fact that said opening has a width slightly greater than that of said shank. 9) Device according to claims 1 and 7 which is characterized by the fact that laterally to said openings, two parallel slits are made on said reinforcing element. 10) Device as in claims 1 and 9 which is characterized in that said appendages are inserted within said slits and are interposed between said inner shoe and support element while said stem passes internally to said support element through said opening. 11) Anatomical adaptation device for sports shoes as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawing table.
