La presente domanda ha per oggetto un dispositivo di serraggio, particolarmente utilizzabile per calzature sportive del tipo comprendenti uno scafo o almeno un gambale presentanti un primo ed un secondo lembo tra loro sovrapposti. Oggigiorno ? molto sentita l'esigenza di limitare,durante la pratica sportiva, l'infiltrazione di acqua all'interno dello scafo o dei gambali costituenti dette calzature, presentando gli stessi zone di sovrapposizione per i lembi. Il compito e gli scopi sopra accennati, nonch? altri che pi? chiaramente appariranno in seguito,vengono quindi raggiunti da un dispositivo di serraggio, particolarmente per calzature sportive comprendenti uno scafo o almeno un gambale presentanti un primo ed un secondo lembo sovrapposti tra loro, che si caratterizza per il fatto che a detto primo lembo ? associata o sporge almeno una appendice elasticamente deformabile e presentante mezzi di impegno con una leva, detta appendice essendo interposta tra detti primo e secondo lembo ed un elemento di copertura associato a detti secondo lembo e leva.
