La presente invenzione si riferisce alle autovetture aventi una struttura con un vano di carico posteriore delimitato inferiormente da un pianale ed accessibile attraverso un'apertura posteriore ed associato portellone, ed una piattaforma scorrevole fra una posizione rientrata ed una posizione estratta relativamente al vano di carico, nella condizione di apertura del portellone. In un'altra soluzione nota, illustrata sommariamente nel documento EP-B-0078802, la piattaforma è montata scorrevole su un'intelaiatura fissata alla struttura della vettura. Questo documento tuttavia non descrive nè illustra la struttura in corrispondenza della zona inferiore dell'apertura posteriore attraverso la quale è consentita l'estrazione della piattaforma. In effetti nelle autovetture del tipo "station wagon" il lato inferiore dell'apertura posteriore è di norma definito da un elemento trasversale che delimita posteriormente il pianale, convenzionalmente denominato "battivaligia": tale elemento è normalmente disposto allo stesso livello od anche ad un livello leggermente superiore rispetto a quello del pianale, per cui nella disposizione secondo il documento EP-B-0078802 esso impedirebbe l'estrazione della piattaforma scorrevole. Per tale motivo si deve ritenere che anche in questa soluzione nota la piattaforma consista in un elemento aggiuntivo, disposto al di sopra del pianale del vano di carico con gli stessi inconvenienti delle soluzioni note descritte precedentemente. In ogni caso la disposizione secondo questo documento è notevolmente complicata e costosa. Lo scopo della presente invenzione è quello di ovviare ai suddetti inconvenienti, e di realizzare un'autovettura del tipo sopra definito avente una configurazione costruttivamente meno complessa, più funzionale e tale da influenzare meno negativamente il volume utile del vano di carico posteriore. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Vehicle having a structure (5) with a rear load compartment (2) delimited at the bottom by a floor (8) and accessible through a rear opening (3) and associated tailgate (4), and a sliding platform (8) between a retracted position and an extracted position relative to said load compartment {2), in the opening condition of said hatch {4), and in which the lower side of said opening {3) is defined by a transverse element (7) which defines at the rear said floor (8), characterized by the fact that said sliding platform is directly constituted by the same floor (8) as the rear load compartment (2), and by the fact that said transverse element (7) slides together with said floor (8) between said retracted and extracted positions.

2. Motor vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that said platform (8) slides along a pair of lateral guides (16) carried by the structure of the vehicle (5).

3. Motor vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that under said rear load compartment (2) there is a stowage receptacle (17) integral with the structure of the vehicle (5) and in that said platform (8) it also acts as an opening lid for said receptacle (17).

4. Motor vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that said lateral guides (16) are connected to the vehicle structure (5) in an oscillating way around a transverse axis (A) at the respective front ends.

5. Motor car according to claim 3, characterized in that said platform (8) is formed by two portions (8a, 8b) mutually articulated around an intermediate transverse axis (B).

6. Motor vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that said transversal element (7) is provided with gripping parts (10) to operate the sliding of said platform (8).

7. Motor vehicle according to claim 6, wherein said hatch (4) is provided with a stop member (13) able to cooperate with a striker element (12) arranged below said lower side of said rear opening (3 ), characterized in that said transverse element (7) also has a through opening (11) for the introduction of said catching member (13) in the closed condition of said door (4).

8. Motor vehicle substantially as described and illustrated and for the specified purposes.
