Device (1; 100) according to claim 3, wherein said first body (7) comprises a first portion (9) provided with said fixing means (4), a second portion (10) provided with a separate female internal thread from said first portion through a septum (11), two gaskets (12) each close to each side of said septum, said second body comprises a first end (13) with male thread adapted to engage with the internal thread of the second portion (10).

Device (1; 100) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said first element (2; 200) comprises ventilation elements (15) and / or filters (16).

Device (1) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein said second body (8) comprises a second end (17) provided with an annular band (18) interrupted by an opening (19) for insertion bayonet of the second element (3) of the device (1).

Device (1) according to claim 6, wherein said second element (3) comprises a first body (22) adapted to engage the aforesaid opening (19) and a second body (23) adapted to connect to said first body ( 22) and equipped with a flexible tube (31) ending in an opening (32) preferably tapered so as to facilitate its insertion into the opening of a pouch for ostomate patients.

Kit of parts for cleaning bags of ostomate patients comprising a device (1; 100) in accordance with any one of the preceding claims in combination with at least any one or more of the following elements: a pliers element for being able to easily unscrew and remove the resistant jet nozzle from the spout where it is applied and thus allow the screw insertion of the device (1; 100); one or more sterile spare bags; optionally a container for a detergent and / or disinfectant substance for the cleansing and disinfection of the pouch and of the portion of the ileum that protrudes from the abdominal wall of the patient; an extension for the water distribution pipe or, alternatively, a blade or scissors for cutting and adjusting the length of the pipe; a spout adapted to connect it to the free end of said tube to further facilitate the insertion and distribution of water in the bag; possibly humidified handkerchiefs to dry or clean the device or the person's body from any splashes; an instruction booklet for the use of the kit.

10. Use of a device (1; 100) for cleaning bags of ostomate patients comprising a first element (2; 200) for fixing to a water delivery duct (6; 600), a second element (3; 300) for the distribution of water coming from said duct to a bag to be cleaned for ostomate patients and sealing means (21, 25; 210, 250) between said first and second element.
