Abstract

Un dispositivo per la lavorazione di sostanze alimentari liquide o pastose comprende un recipiente all'interno del quale sono previsti un primo albero rotante a cui sono collegati mezzi per mescolare la sostanza ed un secondo albero rotante a cui sono collegati mezzi per emulsionare o agitare la sostanza. Gli alberi rotanti sono azionati da motori indipendenti e comprendono un albero interno ed un albero cavo esterno disposti coassialmente l'uno all'interno dell'altro ed indipendentemente ruotabili l'uno rispetto all'altro. I mezzi di mescolamento e i mezzi emulsionatori sono collegati in modo staccabile ai rispettivi alberi mediante cannotti coassiali agli alberi stessi.(fig. 2).
