of industrial invention entitled:

MULTIFUNCTION EQUIPMENT FOR ACROBATIC, FITNESS AND SHOW GYMNASTICS

The Equipment is a combination of mechanical and electronic systems designed to allow it to be used for amateur training, sports and entertainment in one's home or in collective structures such as fitness centers, circuses, gyms, clubs, sports halls, etc.

The device has been designed in order to allow maximum ease of use while allowing maximum enjoyment in total safety conditions.

To date, the availability on the market of equipment for "aerial" gymnastic practices with the following characteristics is known:

or fixed or manually rotating poles. Therefore, there is no known existence of perks for assisted rotation sport;

o aerial equipment fixed to the wall with hooks or winches not interchangeable with a pole;

o the tools available today cannot be integrated with each other and do not have single or multiple anchoring devices that make use exceptionally safe;

o the poles currently on the market are mainly permanent and therefore cannot be dismantled or if they can be dismantled they require an uncommon expertise for assembly.

o Absence of any passive protection device for single training tools;

o Absence of integrated audio and scenographic systems, position detection and monitoring of biological functions;

o It is not known the existence of an equipment for fitness and aerial acrobatic gymnastics that can be integrated with poles and that can be adapted to different configurations according to the needs (example tool for use in external areas, internal with the presence of ceilings, etc.).

The equipment consists of a kit of various elements which, according to the different mounting configurations, meet all the needs for a fitness and aerial acrobatic practitioner, which can be summarized as follows:

1. It can be used in areas where it is possible to anchor it to the ground and to the ceiling (Figure 1) in the pole configuration;

2. it can be used in areas where it is not possible to anchor to the ground and ceiling (Figure 3);

3. it can be used as a pole on a self-supporting platform (Figure 5);

4. it can be used in areas where with anchoring to the ceiling (Figure 2).

The configurations referred to in the previous points 1, 2, 3 and 4 described above integrate in a single tool the possibility of using:

• hooks for all aerial tools (ropes, fabrics, trapezes, hoops, etc.)

• poles (fixed and rotating).

The configuration of the tool referred to in point 1 (Figure 1) is equipped with three types of upper or lower anchors (for ceiling and floor) to ensure the highest level of safety during use.

The anchors can be used individually or in multiple ways (redundant) depending on the intended use (for example one, two or more people, required height, etc.) and are:

1. Anchor plugs to the ceiling (Figure 1 a) and / or clamps with additional safety plugs (Figure b) in the case, for example, of using aerial tools / poles without anchoring to the ground;

2. Pressurized (between the ground and the ceiling) with the support of elastic elements or elements with a high coefficient of friction (Figure 1 point b and point c) in the case of using the pole;

3. Pressurized (between the ground and the ceiling) with the support of elastic elements with a high coefficient of friction (Figure 1 point b and point c) the further possibility of anchors (Figure 1 point a) in the case of use of the pole which must withstand high loads;

These mechanisms have the following innovative features:

1. They are designed to ensure the interchangeability of the different components according to the needs of use by creating an ad hoc configuration of the instrument;

2. They are equipped with redundant systems for safety;

3. In the case of anchoring to the floor and ceiling, they have a material with a high coefficient of friction which for pressure anchors considerably increases the grip on both sides (ceiling and floor).

The pole is assembled in a piece kit that can be clicked or screwed into the seat of the element in Figure 1 point d. The hooks are assembled by interlocking and screwing in the same seat.

The pole kit for easy mounting with upper and lower anchors can be made up of removable feet or vacuum suction cup (Figures 6 and 7).

The pole through the adjustment mechanism with a convenient crank (Figure 1 point e) can be extended and shortened by applying pressure between the ground and the floor ensuring an anchoring which, although it may possibly be single, is very safe.

The anchors are equipped with an element with a seat in which it is possible to insert the hooks for aerial tools (for example circles, aerial fabrics, etc.), a fixed, rotating or fixed and rotating pole of variable height and dimensions (Figure 1 point d).

In fact, the pole and / or the hook can be inserted in the same seat as the upper anchor so that, with a single tool, a different type of training or show can be carried out (Figure 2 a, b, c, d, e, f).

The pole or hooks for the elements can be equipped with a direct or alternating current motor which ensures automatic rotation of the devices.

The equipment can therefore be moved by a direct or alternating current electric motor which, by means of an electronic voltage or frequency adjustment device, allows the speed or direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) of rotation of the motor to be varied.

The motor can be mounted with different configurations:

• The output shaft of the motor is coupled to a motion transfer system of the type worm - helical wheel that allows the motion to be transferred from the plane of the motor to the perpendicular plane of the pole while implementing the required speed reduction.

• The motor can also be inserted directly on the pole in the upper or lower part (example in the case of the self-supporting pole in Figure 5, the motor is placed in the support platform).

The tool can therefore have the helical wheel keyed to its top (high, low) which then rotates the pole itself.

In addition to moving the pole, the worm screw can also be used to rotate a fan that can have different functions including cooling or ventilation of the pole or elements (for example for safe use in summer where the equipment is slippery) as well as activating certain scenic elements, lights or to produce electricity for use in other electrical and electronic systems.

A similar motorized system of the pole or of the hooks can also be used on other devices already on the market individually to add rotation to manual devices with a universal motorized system.

The extensible pole can also be heated by electric resistances or other self-regulating type devices at the desired temperature (for use outdoors in winter for example).

This system greatly increases the athlete's grip in adverse weather conditions and therefore contributes to raising active safety conditions.

The tool can be equipped with a tubular passive safety system connected to it designed to support nets and / or protective elastic bands in the event of a fall from above by the user (Figure 1 point f).

The safety nets / elastics can be fixed, mechanical with manual activation (Figure 1 point g), automatic with photocells and / or remote activation or with remote control and can also be activated by voice control or by acceleration sensors that detect the fall from the user's top.

The tool can be integrated with voice and movement control systems, for example for the activation of special effects or for training assisted with electronic systems (for example PC and dedicated software).

The pole element also has an additional system of use if it is not possible that single use and support on the ground: in this case the pole element is integrated in a removable platform and self-supporting the pole itself, also it can be automated with a motor for assisted rotation and with any integrated scenic effects (Figure 5).

In addition, the equipment can be used in self-supporting mode and in this case the equipment is equipped with its own supporting structure of different dimensions, shape and capacity according to specific needs (Figure 3).

The shape can be any geometric shape as well as the dimensions are studied according to the specific needs of the user (Figure 3 shows an example of a cubic shape.

The self-supporting system is modular and can possibly further multiply the poles available for training through the use of the supporting elements themselves (example Figure 3 points b, c, d, e).
