Ruotando, le maglie di azionamento 7 fanno a loro volta ruotare le rispettive liste 3 orientandole perpendicolarmente, o comunque trasversalmente, all'immaginaria superficie di giacitura dell'avvolgibile 1, e aprendo le aperture 11 (Figure 1, 3, 5). Claims

CLAIMS 1) Roller shutter functioning both as a roller shutter and as a shutter, comprising: - a plurality of lists (3) placed side by side and designed to shelter from wind, sun, light and bad weather; - at least one drive chain (5) transversely to which the plurality of strips (3) is fixed; and in which: - the drive chain (5) comprises a plurality of drive links (7) and a plurality of connecting links (9) articulated together in succession to each other so that at least part of the drive links (7) are articulated a and interposed each between two connecting links (9, 9A, 9B), and a plurality of connecting links (9, 9A, 9B) is articulated to and interposed between two drive links (7); - at least part of the actuation links (7) is each fixed to at least one strip (3) and is arranged to operate it in such a way as to reversibly open and close a plurality of openings (11), each of which is interposed between two adjacent lists; - both the drive links (7) and the connection links (9) extend over less than half the overall width (W1) of the roller shutter (1).

2) Roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein both the connecting links (9) and the drive links (7) extend over less than a quarter of the overall width (W1).

3) Roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein both the width (W2) of the connecting links (9) and the width (W3) of the drive links (7) are equal to or less than ten centimeters.

4) Roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein at least part of the drive links is each arranged to drive at least one strip (3) by compressing or decompressing the at least one drive chain (5) longitudinally to itself.

5) Roller shutter according to claim 4, in which at least part of the drive links are each arranged to orient the at least one strip (3) perpendicularly or transversely to the surface where the succession of strips (3) lies when said chain (5) is © more compressed longitudinally to itself, and in such a way as to orient the at least one strip (3) according to a substantially tangential or longitudinal direction to the surface in which the succession of strips (3) lies when this chain (5) is less compressed longitudinally to itself.

6) Roller shutter according to claim 4, wherein the drive links (7) are arranged to drive each at least one strip (3) when the weight of the roller shutter (1) itself compresses or decompresses the at least one drive chain (5) longitudinally to itself.

7) Roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein: -a plurality of drive links (7) are each fixed to at least one strip (3) by means of a first (13A) and a second hinge pin (13B) which, rotating together with the relative drive link (7), they activate the relative list (3); - at least part of the actuation links (7) are each articulated to a first and adjacent connecting link (9A) by means of its own first hinge pin (13A), and are articulated to a second and adjacent connecting link (9B) through its second hinge pin (13B).

8) Roller shutter according to claim 1, in which each strip (3) forms a first (30) and a second longitudinal edge (32), at least part of the strips (3) are fixed to the relative first (13A) and second hinging pins (13B) each in proximity to their first longitudinal edge (30), and the second longitudinal edge (32) of each slate is arranged to rest on an adjacent slate (3) when the opening (11) between the two slats is © closed.

9) Roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein at least part of the connecting links (9) each form a first (90A) and a second end edge (90B) which, at least when the at least one drive chain (5) is © compressed longitudinally, and / or when at least part of the strips (3) closes the openings (11), they rest on the extremity edges (90A, 90B) of the two adjacent connecting links (9A, 9B) so as to eliminate or in any case reduce the passage of air or light through the chain (5) itself.
