Composto schiumoso per la pulitura e lucidatura di carrozzerie, con effetto di massima lucentezza utilizzabile in autolavaggi a tunnel, in autolavaggi a tre spazzole, in impianti self Services con lancia e manualmente
DESCRIZIONE
Allo stato attuale della tecnica, con l’applicazione dei prodotti detergenti in commercio nel settore degli autolavaggi, è ottenibile un effetto di lucentezza, che misurato con il glossometro, ha un valore medio pari a 67.9. La valutazione della lucentezza descrive la capacità di una superficie di riflettere la luce diretta.
Per poter ottenere migliori risultati è necessario l’utilizzo di polish : materiale applicabile a mano con l’ausilio di cotone idrofilo, le cui proprietà abrasive consentono di eliminare piccoli graffi, stilature ed altri piccoli difetti.
Il composto schiumoso studiato ha ottenuto, invece, un valore di lucentezza pari a 89.0, ossia ben oltre il 30% di miglioramento rispetto allo standard attuale.
Inoltre, le caratteristiche del prodotto sono tali da renderlo utilizzabile su qualsiasi tipo di carrozzeria (automobili, motoveicoli, autobus, camion).
Il formulato così realizzato è costituito da una miscela di elementi in concentrazione ottimale per conferire alle superfici trattate, oltre ad una lucentezza superiore alla media, anche una protezione maggiore ed un effetto vellutato.
Il preparato, che concentra uno shampoo ed una cera, si presenta allo stato schiumoso proprio per consentirne una uniforme distribuzione sulla superficie da trattare, mentre la sua vischiosità è importante per la sua aspirazione nelle polpette e per l’erogazione degli ugelli.
Il composto schiumoso deve essere applicato con acqua e può essere utilizzato negli autolavaggi a tunnel, in quelli c.d. “a tre spazzole”, negli impianti box self service con lancia ed anche nei lavaggi manuali.
L’effetto “a specchio” che il preparato è in grado di realizzare sulla superfìcie trattata è superiore a tutti quelli sin ora ottenuti con i prodotti ora in commercio, tale da essere paragonabile solo all’effetto ottenuto con la lucidatura operata in carrozzeria con la stesura di un polish.
Il composto schiumoso studiato è stabile sia alle basse che alle alte temperature e, in elevata concentrazione, non unge e non lascia residui, con un’efficace azione protettiva su qualsiasi tipo di vernice, anche le più opache.
La misurazione del grado di lucentezza operata con il glossometro è pari a 89.0, mentre l’applicazione di una normale cera ottiene un valore pari a 67.9.

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI Formulato chimico costituito da una miscela di: 8% Polidimetilsilossano, tensioattivo cationico e 2-butossi-2-propanolo in miscela; 20% Tensioattivo anfotero; 0,1% 2-metil-2H-isotiazol-3-one; 0,2% Profumo al sandalo e 71,7% Acqua.
