La presente innovazione riguarda il settore della oreficeria e della bigiotteria e più precisamente ha per oggetto un bracciale di tipo estensibile ed ancora più in dettaglio ha per oggetto un bracciale estensibile modello tennis. The present innovation relates to the goldsmith and costume jewelery sector and more precisely has as its object an extensible type bracelet and even more in detail has as its object a tennis model stretchable bracelet.

I bracciali modello tennis sono tradizionalmente composti da una rivière di diamanti con taglio a brillante incastonati in una montatura (tipicamente in oro bianco) per l’intera lunghezza del bracciale stesso, definendo quindi una continuità lineare di pietre. La montatura è formata da una concatenazione di elementi femmina (castoni) e maschio alternati reciprocamente impegnati in modo tale che il bracciale risulti sufficientemente flessibile da consentire una vestibilità morbida sul polso dell’utilizzatore; ovvero, quando l’utilizzatore ha il braccio teso in avanti con il palmo della mano rivolto verso il basso, il bracciale si dispone in appoggio sul dorso del polso e cascante al di sotto del palmo stesso. Sono inoltre state sviluppate varianti rispetto al bracciale tennis sopra descritto che impiegano pietre preziose diverse dai diamanti o addirittura varianti di bigiotteria realizzate in materiali maggiormente economici. Lo scopo della presente innovazione è pertanto quello di fornire un bracciale modello tennis che sia estensibile ma che al contempo sia paragonabile per vestibilità, eleganza e piacevolezza estetica ad un bracciale tennis tradizionale. Con riferimento alle suddette figure, il bracciale secondo l'innovazione comprende una pluralità di elementi femmina o castoni 1, 1’ e di elementi maschio 2 concatenati tra loro in modo da formare una struttura lineare in cui gli elementi femmina 1, 1’ si alternano agli elementi maschio 2. Gli elementi femmina sono scatolari, ovvero internamente cavi, mentre gli elementi maschio sono tubolari per consentire la penetrazione di mezzi elastici, quali una molla 3 che solidarizza gli elementi femmina agli elementi maschio definendo appunto il summenzionato bracciale estensibile. A bracelet defined by a linear concatenation formed by a plurality of alternating female elements (1) and male elements (2), said male elements having enlarged ends (21) slidingly engaged in two adjacent female elements (1), said male elements being tubular to allow the insertion of an elastic element (3) which extends within said concatenation to keep said female elements close to each other, said female elements being also detachable from each other following a force axial able to extend said elastic element (3), said bracelet being characterized by the fact that said female elements (1) have at least two side walls (1c) mutually inclined to define an angle α, on which polygonal seats (10) are made for the engagement of said male elements (2), the latter having a complementary shape to said seats in such a way as to define a non-rotatable engagement between said male elements themselves and said female elements, said bracelet also having in diametrically opposite position on said concatenation at least two second female elements (1 ') having mutually inclined side walls to define an angle β greater than said angle α in order to confer a substantially oval or elliptical shape to said bracelet.

2. The bracelet according to claim 1, in which said female elements (1) are polygonal box-like and provide at least one face (1a) suitable for setting a stone, this face being facing the outside of the bracelet.

The arm according to claim 2, in which a plurality of side walls (1c, 1d) extend perpendicularly from said embedding face, two of which are opposite being said side walls, said side walls defining , in a position opposite to said face, an opening (1b) suitable for the insertion of said male element.

4. The bracelet according to claim 3, in which said opening and lower said seats (10) are intercepted by a closing plate (5) which prevents the accidental extraction of said male elements, said plate being parallel and opposite to said face of embedding.

5. The bracelet according to claim 4, wherein a step groove (11) is made on said side walls perimeter to said opening, on said groove by abutting said plate.

The bracelet according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein said side walls comprise two opposite head walls (1d) arranged parallel to said male elements able to define the sides of said bracelet, said head walls being curved.

The bracelet according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said male elements have a shaft (20) of dimensions such as to penetrate said seat (20), said enlarged ends having larger dimensions with respect to said shaft so that when said element elastic is extended, said enlarged ends meet internally on said side walls.

The bracelet according to claim 7, wherein said shaft (20) has a square cross section, said seats being substantially rectangular.
